EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS.

I, the undersigned, of my own free will wish to attend the event held by 3RDS PRODUCTIONS T/A DRIFT SCHOOL AUS (ABN: 40 100 475 563) operating at Sydney Motorsport Park. I hereby certify that all details on this form are true and correct in every particular.

In exchange for being able to attend and/or participate in the event (Including Spectating), I agree:

  • To release 3RD’S Productions Pty Ltd, Drift School Aus, Sydney Motorsport Park, promoters, sponsor organisations, land owners and leases, organisers of the event, representatives and agents from all liability however arising from injury or damage however caused (whether fatal or otherwise) arising out of my use of the Drift Vehicles as either a passenger or driver.
  • In the event of an accident whilst I am driving the vehicle in which it incurs damage due to my negligence and failure to adhere to the instructions given, I will be held liable for the payment of all repairs to bring the car back to its equivalent condition prior to my use.
  • I hereby grant permission to Drift School Aus and its representatives to photograph and video me, and otherwise capture my image, and to make recordings of my voice at the event. I further grant to Drift School Aus and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed as well as my name for promoting, publicizing or explaining Drift School Aus and its activities.

WARNING: I acknowledge and agree that motorsport is dangerous and accidents can and do happen, and they may happen to me. I agree that Drift School Aus has the right to terminate the event at any time it believes that the risks are not acceptable.

I acknowledge that there are risks associated with attending and participating in this event, and I may suffer harm as a result from but not limited to –

  • Motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, property or persons.
  • Acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentional or otherwise) committed by persons attending or participating in the event.
  • The failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grandstands, fences and guard rails) to ensure the safety of persons or property at the event.

HEALTH: My current health and ability to participate in this event safely is not affected by legal or illegal drugs and/or alcohol. I do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent me from participating safely.

I have read, understand and acknowledge the risks involved with attending/participating in the event being provided by Drift School Aus and the associated entities.
