I agree to abide by the posted rules of any SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC facility.

I agree to abide by the Parent Behavior Expectations: Parents are expected to (1) remain in the designated parent areas for the duration of practice, unless climbing with membership or with coach approval. (2) Create a safe and positive environment for athletes by utilizing encouraging verbiage with their child. (3) Communicate openly and positively with the coaching staff on any goals or concerns about your child or their team. We love feedback!

Communication *

I understand that primary contact with the SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC Youth Program administration and management is done through email via my facilities main Youth Program email address.

I understand that I must leave an accurate email on file for any administrative contact and correspondence with SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC.

Billing *

All dues will be billed on the first day of each month to the credit card on file if they are not collected at time of booking.

SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC reserves the right to increase any of its dues at its discretion with 30 days written notice.

I agree to pay the total tuition due for my program regardless of my child's attendance. I understand that I will not be refunded or credited for cancelling midway through a season.

I understand that if I do not attend practice for a full month and do not notify the Youth Programs team, my membership will be terminated and the spot in my class will be opened to other climbers.

I understand that I must provide a one month notice to cancel from Rec Team. I understand that Training Team and Competition Team require season commitments.

I understand that all membership payments and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.

Parents are responsible for initially enrolling their climbers during the open enrollment period before each season. This will not be done automatically by SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC. If you miss the enrollment window you may email your facility to inquire about remaining open spaces. Once enrolled, your child will remain automatically enrolled each month.

I understand that there is an enrollment fee of $59 when first enrolling onto Sender One's Rec Teams. (This fee is not applied for subsequent seasons.)

I understand that there is a $39 re-enrollment fee if my participant leaves the team then returns for at a later date.

I understand that there will be an additional competition coaching fee for any coached events my climber attends (not applicable to Comp Team athletes)

I understand that my climber is expected to wear their team shirt to practices and any competitions they participate in.

In the event of any billing issues or disputes, I agree first to contact SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC's billing department. I agree to pay a Bank Decline Fee of $25 to SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC for each declined transaction and/or chargeback before I am allowed to use any SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC facilities.

I hereby authorize SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC to initiate debit entries to the credit card I have placed on file with SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC, and/or adjustments for any debit entries made in error. I hereby authorize my credit card's financial institution to credit and/or debit the same to such an account. This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC has received written notification from me of its termination and 30 days have elapsed.

I hereby authorize SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC to automatically update any expired or outdated credit or debit card information I have on file.

Attendance *

I understand that SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC and its staff are NOT responsible for the participant before and after practice times.

I agree to have the participant check-in at the front desk when they arrive for practice with the Coach(es), and have a parent or guardian sign them out at the end of practice via a SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC coach.

I agree to pick up the participant at the end of every practice and understand that I will be charged a $20 late pick up fee if the participant is not picked up within 10 minutes after practice has concluded. The $20 fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

I understand that for the participant to enjoy the use of SENDER ONE CLIMBING LLC facilities outside of practice times, they must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

I understand that participation at competitions is required for Competition Team (optional for Rec Teams and Training Team).

I agree to provide notice of any upcoming absences through the make-up request form on the Parent Portal. Notice given within less than 24 hours will NOT be issued a make up.

Youth Program Team Members may accrue up to 4 makeups in the Spring and Fall Seasons and 2 makeups in the Winter and Summer Seasons, as long as we receive notification of the absence at least 24 hours before the absence occurs. Athletes will only be permitted into a make-up session with confirmation. Make-ups will only be approved for active Youth Program Team Members.
