Gray Wolf T.C. and Wasteland Ops Equipment Rental Agreement

 

I am willing to rent equipment from Gray Wolf Tactical Combat and Wasteland OPS Airsoft and take full responsibility for any misuse or abuse of this equipment while in my possession. I take full responsibility for any and all damages to said equipment due to misuse and improper handling. I fully understand this equipment has been rented to me directly and, regardless of who is currently in possession of this equipment when damage occurs, I am responsible.

 

I acknowledge and accept that fees may vary between $10.00 to the full replacement value of this equipment. I further understand that I will not be responsible for any normal use wear-and-tear to this equipment. Problems due to normal maintenance or wear-and-tear are not my responsibility and I have the right to request a replacement if I experience problems not related to my mishandling of the equipment. 

 

By signing this agreement, I hereby certify that I accept this responsibility and acknowledge no current damage to the piece(s) of equipment rented to me.
