SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please be aware that we are required to enforce all social distancing guidelines on our property. Please be responsible and follow all state and county regulations. You will be asked to leave if you do not comply, and you will not be eligable for a refund.
REGISTRATION: All guests must check in at our Check-In Center before entering our Park unless you're using self-checkin.
PAYMENT: We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. If paying by check, full payment must be received within 30 days to hold reservation and a valid credit card must be present at check in for incidentals. We accept cash walk-ins and a valid credit card must be present. Guest paying and signing for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be present at check in. *If you are under 25 years old and booking, you must bring a valid I.D. with you when checking in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is outside of 60 days before time of reservation, a full refund will be issued. Within 60 days but outside of 30 days before time of reservation, a 1/2 refund will be issued. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of time of reservation, no refund will be given.
CHECK-IN TIME: All Cabins and Yurts will be available for occupancy at 4:00 PM. We will let you know the day-of if your cabin is ready before then. Earlier check-in requests, if available, will incur a $50 fee.
CHECK-OUT TIME: All Cabins and Yurts must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $50 fee per hour.
VEHICLES: Parking for the cabins will have a designated spot in back of the assigned cabin. Additional parking and yurt parking will be in the main parking lot.
QUIET HOURS: Please be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours will be from: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. If quiet hours are violated a fee may be applied.
AFTER HOURS: We are available after hours, but only by phone at the number you will receive the texted self-checkin instructions from. We request that only immediate, pressing issues be addressed using it. We do not usually have staff available after 6pm unless it’s an emergency.
NO HOUSE PARTIES: We understand that for special occasions guests may book multiple units and visit with other members of the same group staying in other units near them. No house parties or loud music are allowed on property and we ask guests to respect social distancing measures.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There is a $75 charge per person for each additional person exceeding the maximum number of people for our Cabins (as described on our website). There is a $25 charge per person for each additional person exceeding the maximum number of people for our Yurts (as described on our website).
COOKING: Each cabin is furnished with an assortment of cooking and dining ware for your enjoyment. It is your responsibility to clean these items. If dishes are found dirty on departure an additional $25 will be assessed.
HOUSEKEEPING: A one time charge of $25.00 is added to every booking. This is for the housekeeping done after your stay. Housekeeping doesn’t come by during your stay, but is available 9am-4pm while on property for towel or sheet exchange or to bring any extra supplies that are requested.
We ask at checkout to wash all dishes that were used and to put any trash bags that were used on your porch. Otherwise additional fees will be added. Additional Fees include: Unwashed Dish Ware +$25.
***We’ve recently run into an issue with too many guests ruining hand towels, bath towels, and bed sheets with makeup, dirt, and stains that cannot be removed. Due to the volume in materials we’ve had to donate and replace, we will be charging a $15 Towel/Sheet fee for any damages that cannot be removed. We do provide a makeup towel and several colored towels we encourage guests to use instead.
CANDLES: Burning of candles and incense are not allowed in any cabins or yurts. If evidence of burning candles or incense, you will be charged a damages fee.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all cabins and yurts including the front decks, except for 8420 yurt. This includes the front deck of the cabins If evidence of smoking is found in your cabin or yurt, you will be charged a $250 fee.
DAMAGES: Any damages incurred beyond normal wear and tear to lodging units or linens will be assessed and a charge will be made to the guest's account. It is at our discretion to add additional charges to reservations if the lodging is left in poor condition or if there are damages after a stay.
DOG FRIENDLY: Our lodging is pet friendly. There will be a $50 charge for the first dog and an additional $25 for a second dog for CABINS (no more than 2 dogs allowed). $25 per dog in a YURT with no more than 2 dogs allowed. Service dogs are free, but need to have ther vests on and the paperwork. For Emotional Support Animals: The dog fee is $25 for a cabin stay, $15 for yurt. All pets must be on a leash while in the park. No pets will be left unattended in the Park and units. There may be other dogs and guests onsite -you are responsible for any incidents that occur with your dog. Please clean up after the pets. Any violation will result in additional damage fees. We accept dogs only, no exceptions.
CAMPFIRES: If there isn't a fireban in place, campfires are permitted in designated areas only. The fire must be kept inside it’s containment area. You are responsible for your campfire. Limit the height of the fire. Leaving the campfire unattended is PROHIBITED. You are required to notify the Check-in center when you ignite and extinguish your fire as required by Clear Creek County Burn Permit.
FIRE BAN: From time to time, the state and/or local authorities will issue a fire ban due to dry conditions. When a fire ban is in effect there will be no campfires in the park. Violations of the fire ban will result in tickets and fines up to $1,000.
TRASH/WILDLIFE: Please remember we are in bear country. Please do not leave food out and put trash in the proper containers. Any damamages caused to guest personal belonings by wildlife are not the responsibility of the park. We do not want any reason for an unexpected visit from a bear. We ask that you respect local wildlife in the area -do not feed the animals.
ALCOHOL: We serve alcohol at the bar in our main cabin where check-ins are done. When having a liquor license, it is prohibited for guests to bring outside liquor into and onto the property. If any alcohol is found additional fees will be charged. Do not leave empty cans or glass bottles on the ground.
ACTIVITIES: All activities at the park must be booked separately and are not included with your lodging.
ADD-ONS: No outside structures (including hammocks, tents, or beach umbrellas) are permitted on property alongside lodging.
INHERENT RISKS: Please remember that we are in the mountains and to always be aware of your surroundings. There is always wildlife around so please be aware and keep your distance from them. We are in the Rockies, so please watch your step with loose stones and branches when hiking. The park is not liable for injuries of any kind. Please keep a close eye on children and dogs at all times. Park elevation is at 8,200 feet so altitude sickness is a possibility. Weather is constantly changing during all the seasons so dress accordingly.
LARGE GROUP STAYS: Buy-outs of lodging may be required for large party bookings of multiple units.
Just as a reminder, due to the fact that we are conveniently located right off the highway, there is potential for traffic sound.
We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance from your trusted carrier if you are concerned about any unforeseen circumstances.
