Acknowledgment of Risk

Guided Snowmobiling

I recognize that there is an element of risk in any adventure, sport, or outdoor activity. I am fully cognizant of the risks and dangers inherent in snowmobiling and have been informed of the known special hazards associated with this activity. A list of notice of such hazards is noted below, and I, and the adult members of my family, have read the same. I certify that my family and I, including minor children, are fully capable of participating in snowmobiling.

Therefore, I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and/or to members of my family, or for loss or damage to my personal property and all damages to TMR property and expenses thereof as a result of my negligence or the negligence of my family participating in snowmobiling except to the extent such damage or injury may be due to the negligence of TMR, LLC. I further understand that TMR, LLC reserves the right to refuse any person it deems incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in snowmobiling.

Payment Obligations: All estimated damage-related fees will be charged at the time of return. A final summary of damages and repair fees will be provided to the guest upon completion of repairs.

Notice of Hazards:

  • Collisions may occur; this can happen between other riders and their machines or with trees and other natural hazards
  • The outdoor environment and weather conditions are constantly changing and may cause hazardous situations
  • This list is not exhaustive, as not every hazard can be predicted. Please be prepared and listen to your guides for instruction

Damage & Damage Waiver Policy

If you crash or cause damage to your snowmobile rental or rental gear, the credit card on file will be charged the deductible associated with the snowmobile type and damage waiver selected.

No Damage Waiver Selected

If no damage waiver is elected, a $2,000 authorization hold will be placed on the credit card on file immediately upon return. After damage is assessed, you will be financially responsible for the full cost of all damages, including damage to any other snowmobiles involved in a collision.

Please allow 24–48 hours for damage assessment and final charges to be processed.

(DRIVERS ONLY) Standard Damage Waiver – $35
