Visitors Acknowledgement of Risk

 In consideration of the services of Arizona Luxury Expeditions ,LLC their owners,independent contractors and all other persons or entities associated with this business. (hereafter referred to as “A.L.E.”). I agree as follows:

Although, Arizona Luxury Expeditions has taken reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate equipment and skilled guides so I can enjoy an activity for which I may not be skilled, A.L.E. has informed me this activity is not without risk. Certain risks are inherent and can not be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activity. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of the activity and can be the cause of loss or damage to equipment, or accidental injury,illness,or extreme cases,permanent trauma or death. A.L.E. does not want to reduce my enthusiasm, but believes it is important to be informed of the inherent risks. The following describes the potential risks for day hiking activity and walking along areas without safety guards or fencing such as injury from a fall, illness due to exposure to the elements including but not limited to dehydration and heat or cold related issues i.e: heat stroke, extreme sun or wind burn or frostbite.

I am aware that day hiking/backpacking/ walking along trails entails risks of injury or death and understand the list of these inherent risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks could result in injury or death. I agree to assume full responsibility for inherent risks identified and those not specifically identified. My participation is strictly voluntary with the understanding of risks.

I acknowledge that this activity may require a degree of skill and knowledge. The A.L.E. staff has been available to fully explain the nature and physical demands of the activity and the inherent risks, hazards and dangers associated with the activity.

I certify I am mentally and physically capable of participating and accept full responsibility for myself, including all minor children in my care, custody, control for bodily injury,death or loss of personal property and expenses as result of those risks and dangers identified and those not specifically identified.

I have carefully read, clearly understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be in effect and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate for all members of my family, including minor children.
