PARTY TIME

I will have 30 minutes prior to my start time to prepare & display food/decor items, and 90 minutes in the designated party area for my celebration!

At the end of the 90 minutes Millie Moo's staff may need to start the clean up process. 

EXTRA TIME- I agree to pay for extended time if I do not vacate the party area by the allotted time at the rate of $125 during operating hours. $150 for after regular business hours. These rates are greatly discounted if you book additional time at least 72hrs prior to your event (subject to availability).*

I understand that Millie Moo's is designed for children up to 7 years of age, and that children 8 or older will not be able to play on equipment for the safety & enjoyment of ALL guests and to prevent damage to our equipment!*

I understand that ALL guests will be subject to our "Safe Play rules". Regardless of age, if a guest is misbehaving, causing damage or a disturbance, that guest/family may be asked to leave or sit in the cafe without notice or refund. This is for both safety & liability purposes!*

Food & cleaning
Outside food is permitted with a party reservation. NO heaters or coolers are allowed. Food can be delivered 30 mins prior to reservation but cannot be cooled/heated by Millie Moo's*

Food MUST be consumed in the designated party area or cafe! If food is consumed & spilled in the play areas by myself or my party guests, I understand I will be charged an excessive cleaning fee. Food/drinks MUST not be walked around, taken into the bounce house etc!!*

I agree to accept the Facility in its "as-is" condition. Toys are often rotated or are being cleaned & Millie Moo's cannot guarantee availability of specific toys unless prior arrangements have been made.*

Damages & Cancellation
I understand that my booking deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Changes to date/time are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of Millie Moo's staff!*

I understand that Millie Moo's facility is designed for children 7 & UNDER, and that most of the equipment is not suitable for older children. Guests 8 or older attending my event MAY be allowed to play but MUST be monitored for the safety of smaller/younger guests. We INSIST that older children & adults do NOT use toys designed for small children as this could cause injury/damage.*

"SAFE PLAY" If any damage occurs to the facility, or if any repairs or replacements need to be made as a result of negligent behavior by myself or my guests, I agree to pay those reasonable expenses.*

NON COMPLIANCE If myself or my guests do not abide by Millie Moo's safety guidelines, or are found to be acting inappropriately Millie Moo's will cancel my event without refund & all guests will be asked to leave immediately.*

I understand that Millie Moo's is not responsible for power outages or other similarly unforeseeable circumstance. That staff will assist me with moving the date & time of my event IF for example there is a loss of power, or weather conditions cause the event to be cancelled. We will try our best to move the date, but cannot guarantee we will have availability for the date you request.*

PAYMENT
I understand I am responsible for the payment of my event and all items I purchase before I leave Millie Moo's. It is a criminal offense to leave without making my final payment.*

 By checking here, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature.
