I will have 30 minutes prior to my reserved start time to bring in any food/favor items, and 2 hours for my celebration

If I have decor that needs to be hung or installed i will arrange with the planner when to drop off these items. 

At the end of my 2 hours (unless additional time was pre booked) I agree that myself & all my guests will depart the venue. Millie Moo's staff will start the clean up process to ensure we are ready for there arrival of the next family.



Decor and Themes are custom decorated for each family. Some of the pictures we post on social media and our website might contain decor items that were added by a customer. If you are looking for a specific theme and do not see if listed we will likely need to charge a nominal fee to offer the theme. Please check with us if you do not see the theme you want*

EXTRA TIME- I agree to pay for extended time if myself or my guests do not leave at the end of my reservation. Additional time MAY be added to the 4-6pm spot ONLY, and with additional fees.*

I understand that Millie Moo's is designed for children under 8 years of age, and that older children will be limited to gentle play ONLY. Older children will be too heavy/large for our toys/equipment. This is for the safety and enjoyment of ALL our guests and to prevent damage to our equipment!*

I agree to inform ALL guests (including adults) that they MUST wear socks to enter the play area (access to bathrooms is via play area) NO shoes are to be worn or bare feet allowed inside the play or party areas*

I understand that ALL guests MUST be supervised during my celebration and will be subject to our "Safe Play rules". Regardless of age, if a guests are misbehaving, causing damage or a disturbance, that guest/family may be asked to leave or sit in the cafe without notice or refund. This is for safety and liability purposes!*

Food and Cleaning
Outside food is welcome with our party reservations. NO flame heaters can be used and coolers are welcome in the cafe area only. Food/cakes can be delivered 30 mins prior to reservation but cannot be cooled/heated by Millie Moo's*

Food MUST be consumed in the designated party areas or the cafe! If food/drinks are spilled in the play area, I understand I may be charged an additional cleaning fees based on the time it takes staff to clean. Food/drinks MUST not be walked around, taken into the bounce house etc!!*

I agree to accept the Facility in its "as-is" condition. Toys are often rotated or are replaced with different new toys. Millie Moo's cannot guarantee availability of specific toys unless prior arrangements have been made. The bounce agility course cannot be used during weekend birthday parties, it is only available on weekdays for regular play sessions and Midi party reservations.*

Damages and Cancellation
I understand that my reservation fee is NON REFUNDABLE* and is used to secure my time & the Millie Moo’s facility for my private use. Any adjustment to this is based on our ability to rebook your spot and is at the discretion of Millie Moo’s management.*

"SAFE PLAY" If any damage occurs to the facility, or if any repairs or replacements need to be made as a result of negligent behavior by myself or my guests, I agree to pay those reasonable expenses.*

NON COMPLIANCE If myself or my guests do not abide by Millie Moo's safety guidelines, or are found to be acting inappropriately Millie Moo's will cancel my event without refund & all guests will be asked to leave immediately.*

I understand that Millie Moo's is not responsible for power outages or other similarly unforeseeable circumstance. That staff will assist me with moving the date & time of my event IF for example there is a loss of power, or weather conditions cause the event to be cancelled. We will try our best to move the date, but cannot guarantee we will have availability for the date you request.*

I understand I am responsible for the payment of my event and all items I purchase / order before I leave Millie Moo's. Service /gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated by our amazing staff.*
