Anyone booking or participating in training at Optimum Academy (Optimum, Optimum RAS, Optimum Rope Access Solutions, Inc.), agrees to the following:
Full payment for the course must be received upon registration. Booking is not confirmed until payment has been received unless an agreement with Optimum Academy has been approved. Optimum accepts payments by credit card, check, or wire/money transfer.
Students are to arrive and be ready to participate in class at the scheduled time each day. If a student is late more that 30 minutes on any given day of class, then they will not be admitted to class.

Instructors will not wait for students to begin or resume classes. Please note that any amount of time missed by a student is critical to their training. Optimum is dedicated to training our students for success and at the highest standard of safety. Therefore, we have put this attendance policy in place for the benefit of all students and their companies.
