RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND RISK I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to assume any and all risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Teo Pablo Alfero, Wolf Connection, Spring of Evolution, Inc, and all its affiliates (herein The Organization). I agree and acknowledge that there can be hazards that exist while being at Wolf Connection Ranch, sweat lodge and/or working or interacting with animals maintained by the Organization. I knowingly accept and assume any and all of these risks thereof. Furthermore, I understand the facility is located in a dry desert area subject to extreme heat, fires and strenuous terrain, dangerous wildlife and rattlesnakes. I grant total release of liability to The Organization. I also grant permission to proceed with any emergency care that I might need while on the premises. I certify that I am in good physical health and have no physical disabilities that might hinder me in the care, maintenance, handling of, or any interaction with any animal. I, the undersigned, understand that upon volunteering, working, or attending presentation and events organized by the Organization, there will be exposure to animals wolves, wolfdogs, and dogs - that are capable of jumping, pushing, pulling, scratching, nipping, grabbing, and biting, causing injury or harm. The Organization and its affiliates are NOT responsible, financially or otherwise, should any volunteer, employee (in accordance with applicable law), event participant, or guest seek professional medical assistance, regardless of the responsible party. I, the undersigned agree and understand the present and potential harm that can come by engaging in any activity with The Organization. If need be, I authorize Wolf Connection staff to transport me to and from official events and activities and release The Organization from all liabilities regarding any incidents that may take place during such transport. I, the undersigned, agree and understand that The Organization can, at any time and without notice, written or verbal, dismiss any volunteer, employee (in accordance with applicable law), event participant, and guest for any or no reason and at the sole discretion of the management. I, the undersigned, waive the right to pursue any claim or lawsuit for any reason including, but not limited to, dismissal of services, or risks/harm present in and around the animals and the ranch environment. Should any lawsuit be still presented at any time, I, the undersigned, will assume any and all expenses appropriate for The Organization and/or affiliates as well as my own, under any circumstance which have led to such actions. If any portion of this general release of risk and liabilities is held invalid by a court of law, the remaining portions of this document shall remain valid and in full effect. In addition, I grant permission to The Organization or its third party partner(s) to photograph and video record me, and use those photographs and videos for documenting and promotional purposes further acknowledging that personal photo and video taken at the ranch or with Wolf Connection staff/volunteers and animals by me is for private use only, not commercial, and can be used by Wolf Connection. In essence, private photos and ten-second videos taken of Wolf Connection direct content for personal use, inherently are non-excessive and distinguishable from a documentary style recording. I, the undersigned further declare and represent that no promises or agreements, expressed or implicit, have been made to me. This release contains the entire agreement between parties.
