I acknowledge that by enrolling in and successfully completing the Driver Education Program with Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School, and upon passing a road test administered by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, I will be eligible to obtain my driver’s license at 16½ years of age. I further understand that upon successful completion of the program, I will receive a Driver Education Certificate, which may qualify me for an automobile insurance discount of up to $1,000 over a three-year period, subject to the requirements of my insurance provider. I understand that if I choose not to participate in or complete a Driver Education Program, I will not be eligible to obtain a driver’s license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts until I reach 18 years of age and will not be eligible for any associated insurance discounts. Payments
I understand that a deposit is required to enroll in the Driver Education Program, which covers the classroom portion of the program. I further understand that the remaining balance must be paid in full before any driving lessons can be scheduled or completed. Driver Education Certificate and MassDOT Fee
I understand that upon successful completion of the Massachusetts minimum requirements, including 30 hours of classroom instruction, 12 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, 6 hours of observation, and the 2-hour parent class, my Driver Education Certificate will be processed through the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. I understand that the Driver Education Certificate will only be issued once all program requirements have been fully completed and all outstanding balances have been paid.
Timeframe I understand and agree that the Driver Education Program must be completed within the State-mandated two-year timeframe. I further understand that if the program is not completed within this timeframe, all monies paid will be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Parent Class
I understand that the parent class must be completed before any driving lessons can be scheduled. I further understand that there is a $40.00 fee for the parent class, which must be paid at the time of registration.
Driving Lesson Cancellation Policy
I understand that I must contact Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School as soon as possible if I need to cancel a scheduled driving lesson. I further understand that cancellations made with less than 23 hours’ notice will incur a $115.00 cancellation fee. I acknowledge that a $149.00 fee will be applied for any lesson no-show or for cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled start time.
Text Message Communication Consent I consent to receive communications from Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School via text message to the phone number(s) provided, including but not limited to scheduling updates, lesson availability, reminders, and important program notifications. I understand that message and data rates may apply and that I may opt out of text message communications at any time. Audio and Video Recording Consent I understand and acknowledge that Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School utilizes audio and video recording devices in its classrooms and vehicles for safety, training, and quality assurance purposes. I consent to the recording of the student during classroom instruction and driving lessons. I understand that these recordings may be reviewed by Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School staff and used for internal purposes, including but not limited to safety monitoring, training, and dispute resolution, and will not be shared externally except as required by law. Program Pricing & Refund Policy I understand that the Driver Education Program is sold as a discounted package, and that individual components of the program, including classroom instruction, driving lessons, and observation, are not evenly distributed within the package pricing. I acknowledge that if the full program is not completed for any reason, the discounted package pricing is voided. I further understand that in such cases, all completed services will be recalculated using Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School’s standard individual (à la carte) rates, and any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly. I understand that no refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed. Program Schedule and Location I understand that Agganis/Tri-Town Driving School reserves the right to modify classroom schedules, combine classes, change instructors, or adjust program locations as necessary based on enrollment, staffing, weather, or other operational needs. Fees and Pricing Adjustments I understand that all program fees, lesson rates, and associated charges are subject to change at any time. I acknowledge that any updated pricing will apply to future services, lessons, or fees not yet completed or scheduled, and that such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. I further understand that additional fees may apply for services including, but not limited to, cancellation fees, missed lessons, road test services, and other optional or required services. Acknowledgment and Agreement I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and fees outlined in this agreement. I understand that this agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and that I am responsible for complying with all requirements of the Driver Education Program. No verbal statements or prior agreements shall override the terms of this agreement. P
