PADI ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE

We’re very happy to accompany you in the next step of your diving education. This course will allow you to gain more confidence, experience, and enjoy new underwater adventures. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please take a few minutes to carefully read the agreements below and complete the requested personal information.

Payment Disclosure: I understand that full payment is required to confirm my reservation and that, once payment is made less than 48 hours before the tour, no changes or refunds will be possible for any reason. Furthermore, I understand that if for any reason I am unable to meet the course performance requirements, or if I choose to discontinue the training for any reason, no refund will be issued. If I wish to add an extra day to continue or complete my training, this will be subject to availability and the instructors’ discretion, and will have an additional cost of $170 per day.

Equipment Rental: I affirm that the equipment loaned to me for the contracted activity during my dive trip is under my responsibility, and I understand that I will be liable in case of loss or damage. I understand and agree that if I do not return the items in the same condition in which they were given to me, thefollowing charges will apply respectively for lost or permanently damaged items: mask $50, fins $60, wetsuit $230, BCD $250, weight belt $30 + $3 per pound lost, dive computer $450.
