Payment Disclosure: I understand that full payment is required to confirm my reservation and that, once payment is made less than 48 hours before the tour, no changes or refunds will be possible for any reason.

Equipment Rental: I affirm that the equipment loaned to me for the contracted activity during my dive trip is under my responsibility, and I understand that I will be liable in case of loss or damage. I understand and agree that if I do not return the items in the same condition in which they were given to me, the following charges will apply respectively for lost or permanently damaged items: mask $50, fins $60, wetsuit $230, BCD $250, weight belt $30 + $3 per pound lost, dive computer $450.
