Welcome to A Training Vision! These policies are designed to prioritize safety, make the most out of your sessions, and allow A Training Vision to stay focused on providing quality training and instruction to you and your horse. Thank you very much for your adherence to them! -Payment for individual sessions is due upon receipt of service. Payment for lesson packages is due on the date of the first lesson of the package. In both cases, a 10% charge will be applied if payment is received later than 10 days after original service. Payment for monthly lesson memberships is due on 1st of each month, and a 10% charge will be applied if payment is received later than the 10th of the month. -Unless due to unforseen illness or injury of horse or rider, cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance or service will be charged in full. Any cancellation made without notification will be charged in full. Riders are permitted one illness or injury cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice every ten rides. Additional illness or injury cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged in full. As forecasts can change, cancellations due to inclement weather will be made day of and at ATV staff discretion. -Lessons will be concluded at the end of your scheduled time slot. That means if you are completely ready to ride by the start of your scheduled time slot we can make the most of your session. -If assistance with tacking up is required for a ride or lesson, this will be considered part of the regular session time on. Please arrive with enough time to tack up before your scheduled lesson. -School horses are not to be mounted out of the supervision of the instructor unless previously discussed. -All riders must wear an ASTM/SEI approved safety helmet when mounted. All persons, including any rider's guests, are required to wear covered footwear in any equine areas. Any person with inappropriate footwear will not be allowed in any equine areas. -Participants on ATV property agree to abide by the posted ATV barn rules and are responsible for insuring their guests' adherence to these rules. Participants are responsible for ensuring all guests have signed an ATV release form. Any person who has not signed a release form will not be permitted in any equine areas. -Children 12 and under must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times when not directly in a lesson with an ATV instructor. Children 12 and under are not permitted to enter any pasture or handle any horse without the presence of an adult and are not permitted to handle any tools or farm equipment at any time with the exception of stall cleaning equipment and tack. -Except in the event of an emergency, phone hours, including text messaging, are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. A $10 charge will be applied to any non emergency texts or phone calls received outside of those hours.
