I hereby waive any claims I might have against Manly Sailing or its officers as a result of any action or omissions on their part in connection with any course or activity in which I participate at any time. I understand that participation in any sailing course or activity may involve strenuous activity, and I declare I am physically fit to participate in every aspect of these activities. I am aware of, and accept the risk of participating in a Manly Sailing program. 

Manly Sailing reserves the right to refuse service to those who are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs and no refund will be provided.

All participants must be at least 4 years of age. Children between 4 and 8 years of age go with one adult in a single kayak or with two adults in a double.Children 8-10 years of age go on a double with one adult. Children 10+ can head out on their own but with adult supervision. Any children MUST be supervised by a guardian 18 years of age or older whilst on the water. Adults must be no more than 10 meters away from children at all times. 

Participants must not carry more than the maximum number of people authorized by Manly Sailing: Single kayak: 1 adult or 1 adult & 1 child under 8 years, Double kayak: 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child 10 years on younger or 1 adult & 1 child over 10 years of age. 

I understand that I may be photographed while participating in these activities and I hereby give my permission for the use of my photographic likeness by the Manly Sailing in all forms of media, Manly Sailing is obligated to share these images with partcipants.
