Thank you for renting a firearm from Oak Tree Gun Club, LLC and/or California Gun Girls, LLC. All rentals are subject to the following terms and conditions.

You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a firearm and/or to purchase ammunition.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent archery equipment.

You may rent a shotgun and/or rifle if you are at least 18 years of age and provide proof of (a) valid hunting license; (b) current active duty or reserves in the armed forces, (c) honorable discharge from the armed forces, and/or (d) current active law enforcement.

No rental firearms are allowed to be brought to any location other than the designated ranges for the type of firearm being rented. If you have to use the restroom, please bring the firearm back to the counter or notify a Rage Safety Officer (RSO) to look after it for you.

All ammunition used in our rental firearms must be purchased from Oak Tree Gun Club, LLC and/or California Gun Girls, LLC. You acknowledge and understand that all ammunition, both factory and reloaded, are subject to defects. You agree to release Oak Tree Gun Club, LLC and/or California Gun Girls, LLC, from any responsibility for damage, and/or any injury or death resulting from the use of defective ammunition purchased from Oak Tree Gun Club, LLC and/or California Gun Girls, LLC.

Oak Tree Gun Club, LLC and California Gun Girls, LLC are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur due to use and/or misuse of any rental firearm. You are responsible for any damage to range equipment or structures due to your negligence or misuse. You acknowledge that any and all injuries that may occur are at your own risk.

You acknowledge and understand the proper and safe use of the firearm you are renting, and you will seek the assistance of a Range Safety Officer (RSO) if you experience any issues with the firearm or if you are unsure how to operate the firearm.

* If you do not know how to use a firearm, please notify our staff BEFORE taking the firearm onto the shooting line. We have range personnel who can assist you with the safe operation of firearms *

ANYONE SUSPECTED OF BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY SUBSTANCE, WHETHER LEGAL OR NOT, PRIOR TO SHOOTING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE PREMISES.

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE SEPARATE RANGE AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM, WHICH IS INCORPORATED IN ITS ENTIRETY HEREIN, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THE RANGE AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL RANGE AND RENTAL RULES AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO COMPLY WITH SUCH RULES AT ALL TIMES.

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ATTEST THAT YOU ARE NOT A PROHIBITED PERSON, AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO HANDLE FIREARMS, PURCHASE AMMUNITION, AND PARTICIPATE IN SHOOTING ACTIVITIES AT THIS SHOOTING FACILITY.
