CIRCUS UP PHOTO/VIDEO/RECORDING RELEASE FORM

 

 

I grant Circus Up, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs/videos/recordings of me and my property. I authorize Circus Up, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I irrevocably consent to the perpetual and royalty-free use, editing, reproduction, transmission, distribution, publication, display, and performance, in whole or in part of these photographs/videos/recordings.

I agree that Circus Up may use such media of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I understand that Circus Up may only publish a name associated with a photograph/video/recording if the subject is over 18, unless I have given additional written permission.
