Cali Coast Elite 2004 Hancock St San Diego,Ca 92110 Tumbling Classes Policies Payments: All accounts are required to have a credit card on file. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, card. I understand and agree payments are due and automatically charged on the 1st of each month. Cash and check payments must be paid before the 1st of the month or tuition will be automatically charged to your card on file, NO EXCEPTIONS. I understand Non Payment/Declined Cards will be charged a $25 fee. Accounts not paid by the 5th of the month will be charged a $25 late fee. Athletes will a balance due will not be able to attend class. I understand if I wish to discontinue classes, changes must be made before the 1st of the month or the monthly fee will be processed on the 1st. If I choose to leave the program mid month, there is no reimbursment of monthly fees. Class Placement: All athletes are placed on a level at the discretion of the coaches. Age, experience and ability all factor into class placement. Classes: The upstairs loft area is an athlete only zone. This space is open for parent viewing the 1st-7th of each month. During the remaining weeks each month, parents are welcome to watch from outside near the roll up door. If a parent or anyone is observed speaking negatively about a team, coach, parent, or athlete he/she will be talked to and/or asked to leave. If this behavior continues to be a issue the child will have to be removed from the class. We do not tolerate this type of conduct. Make Up Classes: I understand I have 1 week from my missed class to attend a makeup class.
I understand makeup classes must be pre scheduled and approved prior to attending. I understand 1 makeup class per month is allowed with advanced notice of the missed class. If a makeup class is not available a credit will be applied to your account. No credits will be given for additional missed classes. Class Attire: Athletes can wear any athletic attire and shoes. No jewelry, hair should be pulled back into a ponytail or braid.
