Registration Policies

Payments

  • No refunds – All payments are non-refundable.
  • All accounts must have an active credit card on file.
  • We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
  • Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
  • Cash and check payments must be made before the 1st; otherwise, tuition will be charged to the card on file. No exceptions.
  • A $25 fee will be applied for declined payments. Accounts not paid in full by the 5th will incur a $25 late fee. Athletes with outstanding balances will not be allowed to attend class until the balance is paid in full.
  • To discontinue classes, you must notify us before the 1st of the month; otherwise, tuition will be charged as scheduled.
  • If you choose to withdraw mid-month, no refunds or prorated tuition will be issued. Please email info@calicoastelite.com to request class withdrawal.

Class Placement

  • Athletes are placed in classes based on age, experience, and ability, at the discretion of the coaching staff.
  • All athletes will be evaluated during their first class and may be moved to a different level if necessary.

Class Policies

  • The upstairs loft area is for athletes only.
  • Parent viewing is allowed from the 1st-7th of each month. Outside of these dates, parents may watch from the designated area near the roll-up door.
  • Respectful conduct is required at all times. Negative comments about teams, coaches, parents, or athletes will not be tolerated. Individuals engaging in negative behavior will be addressed and may be asked to leave. Repeated violations will result in the athlete being removed from the program.

Make-Up Classes

  • Athletes have one week from a missed class to schedule a make-up session.
  • Make-up classes must be pre-scheduled and approved before attending.
  • One make-up class per month is allowed with advance notice of the absence. If no make-up class is available, a credit will be applied to your account.
  • No credits will be given for additional missed classes beyond the one allowed per month.

Class Attire

  • Athletes must wear athletic attire and shoes.
  • No jewelry is allowed.
  • Hair must be secured in a ponytail or braid.
