You have agreed to participate in a series of Wanderlust Glow sessions to achieve a sunless tan on your skin. To help achieve your desired results, please read the following material carefully. 


  1. A Wanderlust Glow tan will not prevent your skin from burning in natural sun or in a tanning bed. Please take the proper precautions when tanning with UV light exposure.
  2. If you do not follow proper pre/post tan care instructions any refund request after your tan will be denied. You will be provided instructions before and after your session with Wanderlust Glow to ensure you get the best results possible.
  3. Maintaining your color is possible with subsequent visits every 7-10 days. Healthy hydrated skin will hold results longer and achieve color faster. Dry/poorly hydrated, non-exfoliated skin will not hold results long or give you the color you wish to achieve and could result in uneven results.
  4. Remove all deodorant, lotions, perfume and makeup at least 6 hours prior to your session. If you are unable to do so, please inform your spray tan artist and they will remove any left-over residue.
  5. Showering or rinsing less than 6 hours before your session may lead to undesired results, not enough color, streaking or a peeling effect. You may be advised to reschedule your appointment.
  6. It is recommended to wait 1-10 hours after your spray tan before rinsing. Your artist will discuss rinse time with you. It is also recommended not to sweat, workout or do any physical activity until you have rinsed.
  7. All components of the Wanderlust Glow tanning formulas have been used in cosmetics and food products for decades and have been proven safe for the skin. If you have had adverse reactions in the past after using self-tanning products or moisturizers it is likely you will experience similar effects with the Wanderlust Glow products.
  8. All active ingredients in the Wanderlust Glow products are FDA approved for use as a self-tanning skin agent. However, the FDA has not specifically approved the ingredients for use in a spray-on mist application. As a precaution, we recommend taking protective measures and as a user chooses, he or she can request protective eyewear, nose filters, and lip balm from their Wanderlust Glow spray tan artist. We also recommend that you wear protective undergarments.
  9. If you choose not to wear the recommended inhalation protection or eyewear, we recommend that you hold your breath and close your eyes during the actual misting of the face which lasts approximately six seconds.
  10. Our solutions are water soluble and will most likely wash out. However, should you choose to wear your own under garments, we recommend that they be dark in color. There is a possibility of the DHA in the solution permanently staining them. The initial cosmetic bronzer could transfer to clothes after redressing or if you pursue strenuous activities that cause you to perspire.
  11. Many clients wear disposable shower caps provided by their spray tan artist to keep solution from getting in their hair. The solution cannot penetrate the hair follicles and there have been no cases where the tanning solution has permanently altered anyone’s hair color.
  12. There are occasions where individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the spray tan solution. You may ask to see an ingredient list from your spray tan artist.
  13. There is a small percentage of people whose skin does not react favorably to spray tanning. For this reason, we do not advise being spray tanned for the first time when appearance is critical (i.e. wedding, modeling assignment, photo session etc.). We advise you get spray tanned at least two weeks prior to your event to find out how your skin reacts to the DHA. We require all brides to have a trial 2-4 weeks before their wedding.
  14. If you have a history of asthma or respiratory conditions that could be aggravated by spray tanning with Wanderlust Glow, please consult your physician and bring your physician’s release with you. Please advise us if you have had an allergic reaction to DHA in the past.
  15. If you are pregnant, please consult with your physician prior to your session and bring your physician’s release with you.
  16. Some of the solutions used by Wanderlust Glow contain sugar cane and sugar beets. Because of this spray tanning could cause your blood sugar levels to increase. If you have a diabetic condition, please consult with your physician prior to your session and bring your release to your session.

I, the undersigned, understand and will comply with all instructions for proper use of Wanderlust Glow spray tanning solution. I am using these services at my own risk. I hereby authorize and direct employees of the business to perform such tanning procedures as may be deemed necessary or advisable and have provided them with the above information required.

I hereby relieve Wanderlust Glow and hold them harmless from any liability involved in the use of the tanning process. The business and their employees are not liable for any injury to person or property or the loss or theft of any personal property. I will not tamper with any tanning devices. I have been made aware that Wanderlust Glow reserves the right to cancel any membership without reimbursement for the clients who are verbally abusive, act inappropriately, or do not adhere to the business rules.

Cancellation Policy
By clicking yes, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree with the Wanderlust Glow cancellation policy. Please understand that we are a by appointment-only business. We kindly ask, that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a $30 cancellation fee for spray tans, $50 fee for mobile tans and $50 fee for teeth whitening. Last minute cancellations (less than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment) will be charged the full session amount. The credit card entered to book your session will be charged if you no show or late cancel.*
