ROYAL GORGE RIVERSIDE AIRSTREAM & YURT RENTALS - RESPONSIBILITIES, POLICIES, PROCEDURES & AGREEMENT

Age Requirement: Minimum age requirement is 21 years old to rent any of the rentals. ID will be required at check-in.

Rates | Riverside Yurts: Start at $199/night. Sleeps 4 people (exception for families with 3 children (under the age of 6) - additional rate of $50 per night).

Rates | Airstream Rentals: Start at $299/night. Sleeps 4 people (exception for families with 3 children (under the age of 6) - additional rate of $50 per night).

Fees:All Yurt rentals will have a $70 cleaning fee - All Airstream rentals will have a $85 cleaning fee - Additionally, State and Fremont County lodging fees total 10% - Pets are allowed at YURTS a $50 rate per dog - no aggressive dogs or loud barking dogs allowed.

Amenities: All yurts are set up as furnished with common amenities. We do not supply food or cookware. Check-In: 4:00 p.m - Arrangements must be made in advance for late arrivals. Should you arrive early in the summer months you may relax at the White Water Bar & Grill adjacent to our office or at the beach. The locations may not be available until 4:00 p.m. but, if they are available sooner we will always do our best to accommodate you upon request.

Check out & late check-ins Late check-ins to the Riverside Yurt Rentals must be arranged with prior notice. Reservations not checked in before 8:00 PM without prior arrangement are subject to cancellation without refund; in which case the full balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit of your total balance due. A credit card on file is required to make your reservation. The balance must be paid by 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies: Deposits are refundable less a $50 processing fee only if cancelations are made with more than 30 days remaining prior to your scheduled reservation date, otherwise the total amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

*WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Dish-ware, Silverware, Cups, Plates, Knives, Skewers, Napkins • Cookware, Pots, Pans, Utensils, and Trash bags • Food, Spices, Oils, etc. • Ice and water • Coffee, tea, & hot cider K-Cups for Keurig hot beverage maker • Toiletries, Shower supplies, Wet wipes • Bath and dish towels. (Many of these items are available for purchase at our check-in office)

Damages: Damages or the necessity of extensive cleaning to any vacation rental property will be charged to the credit card on file. We are a non-smoking facility but smoking is allowed outside. Fire or smoke of any kind is not allowed indoors including cigarette, candle or incense burning. Guests will be responsible for additional cleaning fees and or damages that occur from smoke any other or incidental damages.

Responsibilities - Release of liabilities - Assumption of risk: Royal Gorge Rafting is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on any of our vacation rental properties. Always practice common sense while staying at our vacation rentals or on the properties, Always use great care near the river corridor or on balconies, near stairs or upon lofts. You assume the known risk of infection or exposure to viruses or bacteria, and other illnesses, including but not limited to any novel coronavirus. 

Children: Children under supervision are welcome at the Royal Gorge Adventure Beach Riverside Yurts, parents are responsible for their actions and we highly discourage kids from going in the river without supervision or PFD’s.

House Keeping: Extended stay housekeeping may be available for an additional fee.

Please Note: Out of respect, excessive noise is not tolerated. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm to 7 am - Therefore, live music, DJs, & outdoor music must be quieted no later than 10pm unless you are renting all accommodations.
