CGE Batting Facility Release Form and Waiver In consideration of being allowed to participate in any tryout, workout, or other activity such as games and practices organized by CGE Baseball, CGE Batting Facility or any CGE Baseball coaches. The undersign prospective player aggress to assume all risk incidental to such participation including, without limitation, injury or loss of person or property. Each of the undersigned hereby agree to release and forever discharge CGE Batting Facility and its coaches from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether it in law or equity, known or unknown, that any of the undersigned ever had, now has or hereafter can, shall or may have against any CGE Batting Facility arising out of or in any way related, directly or indirectly to player’s participation. Each of the undersigned parent(s) or guardian(s) of Player hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of CGE Batting Facility and against all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expenses of any nature whether it in law or equity, known or unknown, that any of the undersigned ever had, now has or hereafter can, shall or may have against any CGE Batting Facility arising out of or in any way related, directly or indirectly to player’s participation in such a Tryout, CGE Baseball Camp, workouts, Games or other activity. Each of the undersigned parent(s) or guardian(s) of Player herby ratifies Players execution of this waiver and release form. At least one parent or guardian of Player must sign this form in order for Player to participate in any CGE Batting Facility Event.

Batting Cage Rules

  1. All participants must sign our athletic waiver prior to stepping into the cage
  2. When using the pitching machine, only 1 pitcher and 1 hitter at a time are allowed in the cage- all other individuals must remain 5 feet back from the cage netting.
  3. Batters must wear helmets at all times. No exceptions.
  4. NO METAL CLEATS are allowed in the batting cages.  All players are required to wear rubber cleats or closed-toed shoes while using the Facility.
  5.  An onsite Adult/Coach is required for anyone under the age of 18 entering turf or cages
  6. Please do not lean or hang on nets
  7. No swinging bats anywhere other than rented practice area
  8. Pitchers must always use a protective pitching screen for safety.
  9. Absolutely no running or horseplay.
  10. Food and drinks  are not permitted in the batting cages or on the turf. 
  11.  Please clean up the area when you are finished
