Hosts of private events are responsible for viewing and signing the Rose City Rollers Event Cancellation Policy to indicate their understanding and compliance to this policy.

50% of package cost is required upon booking an event package. Host will be billed for all additional costs 24 hours after the event has been completed.

20 business days is required for event cancellation. If event must be cancalled within 20 days of event date, host forfeits their deposit. FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS 10% of event cost is non-refundable as event processing fee.​

Event date may be moved if Rose City Rollers recieves notice at least 20 days before event date (depending on availability).

In-Hangar parties greater than 100 attendees requires advance notice, please contact specialevents@rosecityrollers.com if your attendee list raises above 100.
