Exeter International and Volga Dream Terms & Conditions 2020-2021

Notification
Information contained in the Exeter International brochure is not an offer or a contract. The transportation of passengers and baggage on the Volga Dream vessel is provided solely by the Operator and is governed by the Terms and Conditions printed on the Passenger Ticket contract. For complete information on terms and conditions, itinerary liability of World Wide Cruises, Inc., liability limits and all sections mentioned below, refer to the Passenger Ticket Contract. A copy of the Passenger Ticket Contract is available by contacting your travel agent or Exeter International.

Visas & Passports
Russia, along with other countries in the former Soviet Union, requires visas of most visitors, including citizens of the United States, Mexico, Canada and Australia. Exeter International will arrange for the invitation required for a visa upon booking. Each traveler will be responsible for all additional required documentation. This varies by country but generally includes a passport photo, a completed visa form, photo copy of the information pages of his/her passport, and the visa processing fee. If the traveler would like, Exeter International will obtain all visas at additional cost. Each traveler is responsible for his/her own passport, which must be valid for at least six (6) months after the completion of the participant’s tour. The passport must also have at least two completely empty visa pages. Exeter International is not responsible for the refusal of a visa to any traveler by any consulate. In the event of visa refusal, any and all expenses/cancellation fees shall be borne by the traveler.

Hotels
The tour cost assumes double occupancy in all hotels. Single supplements will be calculated based on exact dates of travel. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal or superior quality.

Transfers & Vehicles
World Wide Cruises, Inc. will supply its travelers with personal transportation to and from all train stations, airports and ports, as described in the tour description. Baggage assistance is included for one piece of luggage per person, but tour participants should be prepared to handle their own bags at certain times during the tour. Please read carefully the Exeter International Travel Tips publication. We cannot guarantee air-conditioned vehicles in some cities, as they are not always available in certain parts of Russia.

Scheduling
Please note that due to circumstances beyond the control of World Wide Cruises, Inc., the tour may not be deliverable exactly as described, BUT World Wide Cruises, Inc. will substitute scheduled or advertised events, hotels, and restaurants with alternatives of equal or greater value and quality. All hotels, restaurant and airline space is subject to their management’s approval. World Wide Cruises, Inc. will make every effort to guarantee this package as is, but conditions will sometimes mandate minor changes to the program. Reservations are nontransferable.

Health & Disability Requirements
Guests must notify us in writing at the time of booking of any physical or mental illness, disability or other conditions for which special accommodations or the use of a wheelchair is necessary or contemplated. Also, we must be notified of any medical treatment that may render the guest unfit for travel or constitute a risk or danger to the guest or anyone else on board. The vessels always carry a medical doctor aboard. Acute medical conditions will require you to disembark to be attended to by shoreside emergency and/or medical response. Guests needing any form of assistance and those who are physically disabled must be accompanied by someone who will take full responsibility for any needed assistance during the cruise and in the event of an emergency. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other guests. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own collapsible wheelchair. Please be aware that some ports of call, shore excursions, docks, gangways and other requirements may preclude a wheelchair guest from leaving the vessel; this decision will be made by the ship’s captain and is binding. Also, there may be certain physical conditions, including raised doorway thresholds from 2 to 16 inches, stairways and narrow passageways within the vessel that may limit or preclude the accessibility of wheelchair guests to some areas.
