I, we do hereby fully and forever release, discharge and hold harmless corolla outback adventures, ltd., bender's beach services, llc, its agents, owners, employees, hereby referred to as "The company" from any and all claims for personal property damage, personal injury, or death that may arise from (I or our) participation in any tour or activity on our premises or anywhere during any arranged activity by or for the company.  All participants over the age of 18 years of age must sign and participants under 18 must have parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign for them.  Thank you!
