Rentals - Waiver of Liability

It is my intent as a participant, while utilizing equipment and/or participating during activities, including any pre or post activities surrounding the acquisition of equipment, and/or participation in any event associated with Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line) that I am agreeable to the following:

This agreement releases Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line), from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during rental/use of equipment and or participating in an event associated with Alien Intersport, Ltd (aka Alien In-Line). By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line) entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in in-line and/or ice skating and the equipment associated/required with these activities. These include but are not limited to injury, serious injury and death. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that risks associated with my participation have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity/event.

I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks to me of exposure, directly or indirectly, arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from an outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.

By signing, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line) Directors, Management, Staff, Instructors and Volunteers for any reason. In return, I will receive rental equipment/event/s access for inline and/or ice-skating including use of skates, safety gear, and helmets if requested/provided. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

By signing, I also give consent to have my photograph taken, which may be used for the purposes of advertising, promotion, and marketing for the above listed parties, and that I have no further rights to compensation for such works. I agree that the content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered, or modified.
