WINTER STORAGE WAIVER

Indian River Golf Cars, agrees to provide a safe and secure storage area for a customer golf cart at the following address: 26246 Kathy’s Way, Millsboro, DE 19966

I understand that I am storing my Golf Cart and accessories/contents in the golf car for the winter season solely at my own risk. It is recommended that I have sufficient insurance coverage and maintain valid insurance coverage for the golf cart throughout the storage period. 

The customer acknowledges the condition of the golf cart at the time of drop-off or pickup and agrees that it is in proper working order and suitable for storage. Any pre-existing damage should be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

Payment should be paid in full at the time of placing your golf cart in winter storage. Terms of this agreement shall start when the golf cart is dropped off by the customer or picked up by Indian River Golf Cars. June 30th is the deadline for the removal of the cart from storage, an additional fee may apply if kept longer in storage.

When spring arrives, call us 5-7 days in advance to arrange to have the cart returned to your location, this ensures that we have enough time to have your cart pulled and ready to enjoy in time for the spring weather. Please keep in mind that this is on a first come first served basis. We are limited to the number of carts we can charge and return on any given day or weekend.

I hereby release INDIAN RIVER GOLF CARS, INC. and hereby acknowledge that if my property is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed for any reason or by any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, nature, weather, fire, theft, vandalism, animal or rodent damage, natural disasters or any other damage regardless of the cause, or otherwise, the entities above are not responsible, therefore;

In signing this Waiver and Release, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the inherent risks associated with storing a golf cart, and I accept those risks on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs.
