Model agrees with the following:

I hereby assign full copyright ownership of photographs to the above-mentioned Photographer (and the related representatives and assigns) together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part. I grant to the Photographer the permission to the photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, or where the photographs may be included for editorial trade, product advertising, website and social media advertisements, and other business purposes in any manner and medium.

I understand the Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of Photographer. I waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs, finished version(s) incorporating the photographs, or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on myself and my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.

I agree that the above mentioned photographs and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that the Photographer or any person authorized by or acting on its behalf may use the above mentioned photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed personally to me or anyone photographed under this model release.

Provided the models name(s) above are not mentioned in connection with any other statement or wording which may be attributed to them personally, I understand and agree that I hereby waive my right to prosecute or institute legal proceedings, claims or demands against either the Photographer or its agents in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs. I further will hold harmless and release the Photographer from all third party claims and liability relating to photographs.

I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Model Release Agreement.
