Facilities Use Agreement Addendum 

Temporary Allowance for New or Temporary Residents

 

Windsong Ranch endeavors to assist those who have opened their homes to extended family, by welcoming new residents who may not be able to provide documentation to confirm residence within the community. It is our policy to allow a new resident access to Association facilities by way of issuance of a Windsong Ranch access card on a temporary basis while permanent status and verification is pending.  

 

  • Access Card will be issued to a new member of the household while verifiable proof of residency is pending. Limit of two such cards per household may be active at any time.
  • Holder of a Temporary Access Card may not purchase single use guest passes to THE LAGOON. 
  • As property owner, I assume responsibility for all household residents’ actions while they utilize Windsong Ranch facilities.
  • Access Cards will be issued and activated for a period of 90 days. During this period, card may be deactivated if facility capacity limits are reached, to ensure owners/permanent resident access is not impacted.
  • If it is found that this policy is being abused, ALL Access Cards issued to a household may be subject to deactivation.
  • If the occupant is not able to update their state-issued photo ID to reflect the permanent address within Windsong, then the Association may grant an extension if:
  • The resident can show information of an appointment with the Department of Public Safety, and;
  • Pay a $25 fee to reprint a new card.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT


I have read and understand this Agreement, as well as the Facilities Use Agreement referenced above and am authorizing the issuance of an Access Card in the name of the individual(s) listed below. I have read the rules applicable to the Facilities as found in the Windsong Ranch Governing Documents, and agree that all residents within he household will abide by those rules and all other rules and policies of the Windsong Ranch Community Association. I acknowledge that the rules applicable to the Facilities and other rules and policies of the Association and Windsong Ranch may be changed from time to time. The current rules and all governing documents for Windsong Ranch are available at the Association’s Office.
