If no one in your party has a valid boater safety certificate, you will need to engage someone to drive the vessel for the duration of your rental.

Whoever is hired to drive the boat is a direct hire by you, the party, and is not hired or managed by Yachtsy LLC. We at Yachtsy can assist you in finding a operator with the proper certificate, however any recommendation by Yachtsy is rendered as a suggestion for your party. The consultants we suggest will charge a personal fee of $25 per hour to be paid directly to them. As the renter of the vessel, you are responsible for all liabilities as described in the booking forms and waivers for your party, as well as any qualified driver you hire directly.
