RULES AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL All persons entitled under this ticket to enter boats do so at their own risk and specifically agree to the following conditions: 1. No refunds. All boat reservation payments are final. 2. To land only at the boat dock or designated areas and to keep the boats at all times 15 feet from campgrounds and shore. 3. To avoid collisions with other craft and accept full responsibility financial or otherwise. 4. A person must be at least 18 years to rent a boat. 5. Do not stand up or rough-house in a boat. Do not drive in circles, in an erratic manner, or hang arms or legs over the side. 6. Do not dive or swim away from a boat. Do not capsize the boat. 7. Throwing Debris in the lake is prohibited. Boat must be returned clean and dry. 8. California State Law requires that all children age 11 and under must wear a life jacket at all times. 9. Do not tow any person or object. 10. Maximum of 5 persons in flat bottom and 8 or 10 in pontoon depending on pontoon size. 11. Dogs are allowed on boats but count in the overall amount allowed on boat. 12. No refunds for bad weather or fishing. If you are asked to come in for disobeying any rules there will be no refunds or rainchecks. If there is lightning or extreme wind, all boats will be asked to come off the water until further notice from staff for safety of our guests. 13. Violation of any of the foregoing rules will result in forfeiture of deposit and surrender of boat and all rights and privileges thereunder. 14. The undersigned has read the foregoing rules and conditions hereof, and in consideration of the rental of the boat, expressly assumes all risks of harm, injury or liability with respect to either person or property which may in any way arise in connection with either the use or operation of the rental, and covenants to hold Gull Lake Marina free and harmless of any liability including the claims of others, which may in any way arise from either the use, rental or operation therefrom. In using Gull Lake Marina facilities, renter assumes any and all risks of injury or harm and releases Gull Lake Marina from any and all liability that may arise as a consequence of the use, rental or operation herefrom. GULL LAKE MARINA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS LEFT IN BOATS OR IN CARS PARKED IN THE MARINA FACILITIES. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation. This waiver is valid through the end of the 2024 fishing season. I have read and understand the rules and conditions on the corresponding rental ticket and hereby fully accept the terms and conditions thereof. Gull Lake
