I agree that the boat was delivered to me in proper operating condition and I agree to any damages and injuries to passengers or the watercraft during my time with the watercraft.

I agree to return the watercraft within my designated timeframe, and agree to pay the late fee if the boat is not ready for pickup at the specified time/location.
