USED GEAR CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT

Gold State Gear will have an inspection of all consignment gear completed prior to listing the gear for sale. Any necessary repairs under $50 will be performed and deducted from the final check once gear is sold. Repairs exceeding $50 will be put on hold until you are notified and repairs are approved. Regardless of cost, repairs will be required if the airworthiness of the gear is compromised. Payment for any repairs in excess of $100 will be required up front. The seller, as well as any prospective buyers, may request a copy of the inspection report.


A check, minus all rigging and consignment fees, will be issued to the seller once the gear has sold. It will take a minimum of four weeks after the gear is delivered to the buyer for a check to be issued. Note to Seller: The buyer has a two week period in which to return the gear in the same condition if not satisfied with their purchase for any reason.


If the seller requests the gear to be returned to them a $50 processing fee, plus all inspection/rigging fees will need to be paid in full before the gear will be returned. Any items not sold after two years will be returned to the seller after applicable processing, inspection, and rigging fees are paid in full.

Cypres Units: 

Cypres Units will be accepted 'as is' and the asking price will reflect the current market value for the unit. The value of the Cypres unit is adjusted for maintenance costs that will need to be done for the unit to remain in service or to be put back into service.
