ComfyDome Pet Waiver

Please read carefully before signing 

 

As a responsible pet owner, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by my pet during my stay at ComfyDome. The ComfyDome accepts no responsibility for a pet or pet owner who does not follow the items listed on this waiver.

I agree to pay a non-refundable fee of $20 per night per pet.

I understand that the costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements (including labor) will be charged accordingly. This includes flea treatment of the dome.

I acknowledge that all pets are limited to pet owners dome only. When outside of the dome for transporting in & out of the property, the pet must be leashed or crated for the health, safety, and concern of all other guests.

I acknowledge that my pet should not be left alone in the dome at any time

I acknowledge that my pet should not get on the bed at anytime

I understand that a minimum of a $150 will be charged to my card on file if dog hair is found in the bed.

I acknowledge that I will walk my pet to relieve it of bodily functions on the OUTER perimeter of the property, away from the side of the buildings. I am also responsible to clean up any refuse produced by my pet.

I acknowledge that my pet had received and is current with all required shots & immunizations. I can produce those records if required at any time during my stay. I acknowledge that my pet’s current rabies tag must be worn at all times.

I acknowledge that barking, biting, and other harmful and nuisance behaviors will not be tolerated. If there is a problem, I will be asked to kennel my pet or leave the ComfyDome without reimbursement.

I release the ComfyDome LLC and subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by my pet.

 By checking here, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
