The Synergy Project LLC Crash Pad Rental Waiver

Rules to follow when renting the crash pad

  1. You must fill out the Facility Waiver for The Synergy Project LLC. 

  2. Rentals are for specified calendar days, and you are required to return the crash pad(s) at the end of the day for which you rented it. If you want to extend your rental, please contact us 24 hours prior to the expiration of the rental. 

  3. If you do not return the crash pad(s) on the return date, you will be charged $20 per day per pad as a late fee.

  4. If the crash pad(s) is not returned within 5 days of expected return date, a lost penalty of $300 per pad will be charged to your credit card. 

  5. The crash pad(s) should be returned the same way it was rented. Any damage to the pad(s) will result in a minimum charge of $50 per damaged pad, with excessive damage possibly incurring damage fees up to $300/pad. 

  6. Climbing is dangerous and you are responsible for your actions when it comes to bouldering outside of The Synergy Project LLC facility. The Synergy Project LLC is not responsible for anything that happens to you while you are out bouldering. 

  7. No charge will be applied for any cancellation that is made due to inclement weather, or cancellations made 3 days prior to the rental pickup date. For cancellations made within 3 days of the rental date, the rental price WILL BE CHARGED.
