Birds & Clays - Hunting Preserve Waiver and Release

 

By signing below, I understand and assume the risk of participating in ANY activity on or around property owned and/or managed by Baggenstoss Farms, LLC. (d/b/a Baggenstoss Farms Birds and Clays), including, but not limited to, hunting, hiking, climbing, shooting, tracking, etc. Hunting, and particularly shooting and operating firearms, is extremely dangerous, and I have expressly assumed and waived such risks herein.

By signing below, I also expressly agree to: 

☐ ​Hold Baggenstoss Farms, LLC and its owners and employees harmless;

☐ ​Indemnify Baggenstoss Farms, LLC as to any claims made and/or damages sought related in any way to me, my actions, and/or my omissions;

☐​ Waive any claims, suits, and/or damages I could seek against Baggenstoss Farms, LLC, and/or its owners or employees;

☐ Refrain from possessing and/or being under the influence of any alcohol or drugs that could in any way impair my behavior/judgement;

☐​ Behave appropriately and responsibly at all times while on or around property owned and/or managed by Baggenstoss Farms, LLC; AND 

☐​ Leave the Baggenstoss Farms, LLC, property quickly and without objection if asked to do so by an owner and/or an employee. 

 

Further, if any of my actions and/or omissions, or the actions or omissions of a minor child in my care, should in any way destroy or damage Baggenstoss Farms, LLC, property or animals, I also expressly agree to indemnify Baggenstoss Farms, LLC, as to ALL related costs to repair and/or replace, including, but not limited to $10,000 in liquidated damages if a hunting dog is maimed and/or killed.
