Play Time - Membership Agreement 

 

Unlimited Play Time Membership during Open Playtime Hours

I understand capacity is limited and membership is not a guaranteed admission.

I understand this monthly membership is for our open playtime hours. Special events are not included and might require an additional cost/ticket.

We ask that you keep your membership for at least 2 months.  You are free to cancel anytime after that. Please give us 7 days notice in writing.

This is a recurring monthly membership plan charged every month to your card on file. If you would like to add or deduct a child from your plan, a new agreement will need to be done and the 2 month minimum will restart.

Card on file will be charged each month, if your card declines for any reason we will send an email reminder to pay upon receipt and/or update your card, however, if we do not receive payment in a timely manner, you will be cancelled and lose membership privileges.
