1c. Insurance: Lessee and any authorized driver must, during operation of the Vehicle, be covered by an automobile insurance policy. I Agree

1e. Equipment and Operation of the Vehicle
1f. Occupancy and Safety Guidelines: Lessee agrees to operate the Vehicle in compliance with the occupancy and safety requirements set by the Vehicle's manufacturer. The number of passengers may not exceed the designated capacity of the Vehicle (i.e. a six-passenger Vehicle may transport a maximum of six passengers at one time). All passengers must have their own seat. Children are not permitted to sit on the lap of an adult and must occupy their own designated seat at all times. Car seats and booster seats are permitted; however, our low-speed vehicles are not equipped with car seat anchor systems (LATCH), so any car seat or booster seat must be properly secured using the Vehicle’s seat belt and must fit safely within the designated seat. Car seats and booster seats also count as one passenger seat. Florida law requires children aged 5 and under to be secured in a federally approved child restraint device. Seat belts are required to be worn at all times by all passengers while the Vehicle is in operation. Failure to comply with these safety regulations may result in the termination of the Rental without refund. I Agree
