---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Directions to The Land Springville to 37608 Rio Vista Dr.; Springville, CA 93265 Mehmet 760.447.1702 Xico 415.254.8447 Use these directions from Springville (not your map program). Go through town staying on Hwy 190 and follow the sign that says “Camp Nelson.” You are not going to Camp Nelson. Just going that direction to stay on Hwy 190. There will be a large white barn on your left as you leave town. From th White Barn, go for about 1.5 miles and see the “Entering Giant Sequoia National Monument” park sign made of wood and stone. About 300-400 yards to the right, look for sign “Ranch Rio Vista Dr.” and take that RIGHT. You will cross the river bridge and make a RIGHT onto Rio Vista Dr. (Mountain Road 189). Go slow. The road is full of potholes. Road will end at a brown gate. That’s our driveway. The gate will be unlocked. It’ll swing inward. Close it behind you and follow the long drive through the woods for about 1/8 mile, then stay to the RIGHT when you see the drive split. Keep following the driveway on to the house and park on the left side of driveway before the “Circle.” If traveling at night, be very aware of animals crossing the road. Their lives and your safety are highly important. Stay vigilant.
