Your child will be participating in a Summer Football Camp located at the Saginaw Athletic Club, 6125 Gratiot Rd., Saginaw MI, 48638. This event will take place outdoors and indoors in our Turf Facility. Please have them dress comfortably in athletic wear. 

Please Remember to bring the following items:

  • Water bottle
  • Sack lunch - labeled w/Player name
  • Mouth Guard is encouraged
  • Cleats and/or Tennis shoes - No Metal Cleats
  • Sunblock - for outdoor events


Release of Liability:  

I agree, or allow my minor child(ren), to participate in the Saginaw Athletic Club's Summer Football Camp, with ICE RECEIVERS TRAINING, at my sole risk and responsibility. I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Saginaw Athletic Club, its servants, and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. The Saginaw Athletic Club has my permission to use any pictures or videos taken during training or camps to be used for promotional/marketing materials, published articles, or the Saginaw Athletic Club website.

I also understand that I will be held solely responsible for any damages caused to company property by the negligence of myself or my minor child(ren).
