Shooting Range Liability Waiver

By signing this Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of the Risk Agreement you acknowledge that you have knowledge and understanding of the proper and safe operation of the firearm(s) which you will be using and hereby release THE VAULT GROUP LLC, the Landlord, VIF RE MARIETTA, LLC, employees, officers and members (collectively “THE VAULT”) from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of the use (by you or any third party), in any way, of this facility, its equipment or firearms, or your firearm. You agree to hold THE VAULT harmless and to indemnify THE VAULT from responsibility for any claims or demands arising out of such use (by you or any third party). You agree to hold THE VAULT harmless for all claims or demands by yourself, if you are harmed by the actions or omissions of a third party while at THE VAULT. You agree to be held financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused by your actions to the range, range equipment, or any property owned by THE VAULT or a third party. You agree to be held financially responsible for all claims or demands by any third party who is harmed by your actions while at THE VAULT. You understand and agree to abide by all THE VAULT Range Rules and that this wavier will remain in effect for all future visits until modified.

Release of Minors Rights: Read this form completely and carefully. You are agreeing to allow your minor child to engage in a potentially dangerous activity. You are Agreeing that, even if THE VAULT uses reasonable care in providing this activity, there is a chance that your child may be seriously injured or killed by participating in this activity given there are certain dangers inherent in the activity which cannot be avoided or eliminated. By signing this form, you are forfeiting your child’s right and your right to recover from THE VAULT in a lawsuit or personal injury, including death, to your child or any property damage that results from the risks that are a natural part of the activity. As the parent or guardian, you agree to be held liable for anything that results from the minor’s actions including, but not limited to, financial implications, physical damage and/or death. Minors MUST be accompanied at ALL times.

Range Safety is Rule #1

YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50 FOR ANY TARGET CARRIER STRIKES!

1.  NO selfies or FaceTiming on the range

2.  Loaded or Unloaded, ALWAYS keep your firearm pointed downrange (away from other shooters and yourself)

3.  ONLY ONE WEAPON MAY BE LOADED & FIRED at a time

4.  LOAD AND HANDLE FIREARM ONLY when on the firing line

5.  KEEP FIREAM POINTED DOWNRANGE when loading, unloading or clearing a jam

6.  ALL OTHER FIREARMS, not on the firing line, must be unloaded and either holstered or bagged

7.  DO NOT PASS LOADED FIREARMS between lanes

8.  DRY FIRE ONLY when on the firing line and firearm pointed downrange

9.  A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) PEOPLE are allowed per shooting bay/lane

10. NO ONE PERMITTED forward of the firing line

11. NO RAPID FIRE, double tapping, or shooting a controlled pair without RSO approval

12. NO DRAWING FROM HOLSTER without RSO approval

13. EYE & EAR protection must be worn at all times

14. ALL OTHER VAULT RANGE RULES APPLY which are available online at www.vaultguns.com

15. KEEP IN MIND, you are financially responsible for damage to our range

16. NO Pistol Grip or Short Grip Shotguns

17. NO Shooting from the hip

18. We do NOT rent firearms to groups with MINORS (under 18 years old)
