Stiletto Gym Rental Agreement.  For students, outside instructors, and small event rental.

This contract represents an arrangement between fimb yoga and wellness center and “renter” as named below. The following agreements apply to every instance in the future in which Renter uses fimb yoga and wellness center for any purpose.   

Rentals: Fimb yoga & wellness center studio space is intended for movement/fitness based work such as yoga, fitness classes, dance, or movement, rehearsals, classes, or workshops. The studio will be rented in blocks of time as follows: one-hour minimum. Space may be booked via email or phone.  

Payment: Renters must pay a deposit of 2 hours of payment when booking a time slot and the other half is due day of rental. Payment can be left in cash box in the studio in the form of check or cash or payments made by debit or credit can be paid by phone the day of the rental. All checks made payable to fimb yoga and wellness center. Renters will receive receipts if requested. Monthly rentals will be billed by the month.        

Rental Rates: 

$30.00 student practice time per hour. (practice time) no instruction

$65 per hour Friday Night after 5 pm and all-day Saturday and Saturday Night

$35 per hour outside instructors, personal trainers, or workshop host, etc. teaching for profit and bringing in students. (with the exception of Friday and Saturday rates)

 

Monthly Rates also available please contact Carla at 816-256-5040 for information regarding monthly rates. Friday and Saturday Night Usage is very limited and cannot be booked more than 2 weeks prior to use and cannot exceed 2 hours.                                                         

Emergencies For any urgent issue that might compromise the structure or safety of the studio or the building please contact Carla  (816) 260-6993. For accidents, health crises, criminal activities, or fire call 911.  

Poles: (18) Twenty poles are installed and available for use for those who are qualified to use poles for exercise and dance. Please do not use or instruct on the pole before properly trained. Poles are not to be used by anyone under the age of 18 unless consent forms are signed by a guardian.

Damage: Each renter will assume full responsibility for any damage to any part of the studio, stereo equipment, floors, mirrors, walls, ceilings etc. sustained during the renter's scheduled studio time. Each renter agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damage by the renters or by performers, collaborators, students, or guests invited to fimb yoga & wellness center.    

Liability: Each renter assumes liability for injury to any persons they invite to the space, including but not limited to: injury to students in the renter's class, injury to performers or collaborators in rehearsal, or injury to guests.  Proof of Liability insurance and consent form must be shown and on file with Fimb yoga & wellness center staff if instructing classes in the space or if renting space for profit of any kind.  

Housekeeping: Each renter assumes responsibility for returning the studio to a good state before they leave. All lights and electrical equipment must be turned off. Any trash is taken with renter and not left in the studio. 

Contracts: Renters must sign this contract before using fimb yoga and wellness center space.  

Future Policy Changes: Fimb yoga & wellness center reserves the right to change the above rental policy at any time to reflect the needs and concerns of the studio. Renters will be informed of changes to rental policies.
