WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

I Agree

WARNING: BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED.

Hunting Iguanas Florida LLC, (hereinafter referred to as, “The Outfitter”) and employees, representatives, Guides, Captains, officers and agents (hereinafter referred to collectively as “The Outfitter Employee’s”).

I, hereby sign this agreement on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs and assigns.

I agree as a precondition to my participation in a hunting/fishing/boat activity organized by “The Outfitter” and conducted by “The Outfitter” and or “The Outfitter” Employees, and in further consideration of “The Outfitter” allowing me to do so, to be strictly bound by the terms of this Waiver, Assumption of risk and indemnity Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “This Agreement.”)

I acknowledge that hunting activities involve INHERENT RISKS that may cause SERIOUS INJURY AND POSSIBLE DEATH TO PARTICIPANTS. I further recognize that hunting activities involve ADDITIONAL RISKS AND DANGERS.

I fully understand the risk and dangers associated with my participation in this hunting activity and ACCEPT SAME ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK.

I hereby WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS which I may have against “The Outfitter” and “The Outfitter” Employees and RELEASE “The Outfitter” AND EMPLOYEES from ALL LIABILITY for injury, death, property damage or any other loss sustained to me a result of my participation in this hunting activity, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER including without limitation, negligence on the part of “The Outfitter” or “The Outfitter” Employees. I further AGREE TO INDEMNIFY “The Outfitter” and “The Outfitter” Employees for any and all legal fees (on a solicitor and his own client basis) or costs which may be incurred in defending any lawsuit or claim I bring against them.

I appreciate that This Agreement applies whether “The Outfitter” is at fault or not and it limits the liability of “The Outfitter” Employees to the same extent as it limits the liability of “The Outfitter” even though “The Outfitter” Employees are not formal parties to This Agreement. I understand that “The Outfitter” in securing execution of This agreement by myself, is acting as agent or trustee on behalf of or for the benefit of “The Outfitter” Employees, who shall to this extent be or deemed to be parties to This Agreement.

I agree that any and all deposits are non refundable and if not redeemed on agreed event day, then deposits will remain available until redeemed by depositor. Any and all balances of said agreed event will be paid by CASH, Credit or Debit card in full upon arrival to Outfitter or Guides.

I agree that any and all media, film and or photos taken during said event will and can be used for further promotion on social media and or website or advertisements.

I agree to replace, repair or pay for any damage willingly or neglectfully to any and all equipment used to perform these hunts, included are , Boats, Guns, guide or captains equipment or residential properties, near or far from hunting areas.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE “The Outfitter” OR “The Outfitter” EMPLOYEES AND A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FOR ALL CLAIMS.

I agree to everyone involved in my party has read and signed all required waivers, documents, and holds all license hunting or fishing documents required by the state of Florida, before participating in said activity's .

I agree that I am responsible for all members or parties involved in my booking of said events for neglect, misconduct, signatures and monies as agreed on. 

We are so grateful for your Iguana Hunting or Peacock Bass reservation, and we cannot wait for you to see how much fun there is waiting for you.

If I (Customer or cc Holder) make a reservation and can't make it, we (Hunting Iguanas Florida LLC and said parties) are happy to work with you to reschedule the experience to a future date if you can not make the day that you reserve. When this is the case, please have the consideration to provide no less than 72 hours notice in order to keep the credit from being converted to a [no-call, no-show] which receives no refund, nor reschedule credit.


Hunting Tours are non-refundable experiences because of the amount of prior planning and preparation involved to make your hunt the very best that it can be.

If the guide is unable to fulfill your charter due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise such as inclement weather, government mandates, etc., that are beyond HIS or HER control then we will be happy to work with you apply the full amount of your credit toward another hunting or fishing experience available in our area.


If the hunting party cancels within 72 hours or less before the hunt because of their take of a weather forecast or equipment related issues there will be no refunds. We our confident in our equipment and weather knowledge and would not place you in harms way, we will be right there with you and would not allow ourselves to be hurt or restrained by circumstances. We take every safety precautions and if we feel comfortable in the charter then "It is a go"


All deposits are non refundable but are valid until redeemed. Non Refundable Deposits are/is a service of managing your reservation until you board your reserved charter. Balances of charters will be paid directly to the guides at boarding of your charter, by cash, cc, venmo or other means of a monetary value.
