GOLD MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT This Exclusive GOLD Membership Agreement, (this “Agreement”) is entered into this May 8, 2025, (the “Effective Date”) by and between GOLD Member, listed above, and Hot Rods & Handguns. For and in consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. GOLD Membership Benefits: During the Initial Term (as defined below), and each Renewal Term (as defined below) unless changed by Hot Rods & Handguns in accordance with Subsection 4(d), the GOLD Member shall be entitled to the following benefits: A. Full Access to Flight Deck, Pilot’s Lounge, American Grill and Saloon
B. 12 Guest Passes per year; Additional Guest Passes $25/pass
C. Family Add on (18+ Same household) $49/month
D. Range Time $40/hour
E. Gun Transfers: $50 for FFL and $10 private party (excludes taxes + DROS);
F. $20 gun rentals (excludes 1911 Club);
G. Firearms Training and Classes: 5% discount;
H. Retail: 5% Discount
I. Humidor Rental $50/month
J. Conference Room Access $100/hour
K. Special Member Only events; (Subsection (A) through (N) of this Section shall be referred to as “Membership Benefits”) 2. GOLD Membership Dues and Payment Methods: In consideration for the Membership Benefits during the Initial Term, and each Renewal Term unless changed by Hot Rods & Handguns in accordance with Subsection 4(d), the Member shall be obligated to pay fees and dues as follows: L. A one-time $299.00 non-refundable Initiation Fee, (the “Initiation Fee”) due upon the Effective Date; that includes one (1) Primary Member that will be known as the “GOLD Member”; M. The Member accepts the following methods of payment for Membership Dues: (1) monthly, reoccurring debit payment from a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card held on Primary Account for the twelve month Initial Term; A $75.00 fee will be assessed for any automatic debit that is rejected for insufficient funds or failed credit charge. N. Non-refundable monthly dues automatically withdrawn on the first (1st) calendar day of each calendar month thereafter in the amount of $229.00 plus any tax due on such sum, (the “Monthly Membership Dues”); Family Add On charges are included in monthly dues where applicable. 3. Term; Termination. As part of the consideration for Membership Benefits, the Member hereby agrees to remain a Member and pay the Monthly Membership Dues, if applicable, for period of not less than twelve (12) calendar months from the first calendar day of the calendar month immediately following the calendar month that includes the Effective Date, (the “Initial Term”); further, if applicable, the Member shall be obligated to pay an additional prorated payment of Monthly Membership Dues for the period between the Effective Date and the last calendar day of the same calendar month. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive twelve (12) month periods following the Initial Term, (each a “Renewal Period”) unless either party hereto delivers written notice of termination at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the next Renewal Period. The Member understands and agrees Hot Rods & Handguns reserves the right to revoke the membership if the Member fails to keep and obey any of the Rules (as that term is defined in the Waiver, Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement, (the “Waiver Agreement”) or if you cause a nuisance or disturbance, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Hot Rods & Handguns, in its sole discretion; and 4. Your Experience on the RANGE: Hot Rods & Handguns welcomes First-Time Shooters, Experienced Shooters and new gun owners. However, the safety of our members, guests and team members are our primary responsibility. It is our intent to make all members Safe-Solo-Shooters and ensure the safety of all around. All members who wish to use the range facilities must meet the following criteria: Step 1: COMPLETE RANGE WAVIER Step 2: COMPLETE RANGE RULES AND SAFTEY VIDEO Step 3: COMPLETE SAFETY TEST Hot Rods & Handguns requires every shooter to take this test annually to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of our range rules and proper etiquette for others. Members will demonstrate ability to manipulate handgun in a safe manner, including loading, unloading, cycling, and firing combined with an understanding and willingness to follow documented and posted range rules. This can be completed at Range Orientation. Step 4: HOT RODS AND HANDGUNS RANGE ORIENTATION provided by the Range Staff to include an overview on Range Rules and Range Equipment. Range Orientations can be made by appointment at the Membership Office or check availability at L1 Range Check-In Desk to sign up! EXPERIENCED SHOOTERS: Can qualify as a Safe-Solo-Shooter after completion of the steps above. FIRST-TIME SHOOTERS/NEW TO SHOOTING: Each training path we have created is specific to each and every member’s needs. After our Range Team understands your needs, we will recommend one of the following training paths to get you on Range and qualify as a Safe-Solo-Shooter! Guests: Guests of members are allowed to bypass attending the Range Orientation to shoot on the range, as long as the guests are supervised by the member and they shoot on a shared lane. Guests are still required to complete the Range Waiver and Safety Video. Rental Guns: To rent a firearm you will need to have completed the Introduction to Shooting Class or show proof of gun ownership by having your own gun in order to rent one from us. We will not rent firearms to single shooters without proof of gun ownership. For Additional Range Rules, please visit hotrodsandhandguns.com 5. Zero Tolerance Alcohol Policy: Hot Rods & Handguns policies regarding the serving of alcohol and alcohol consumption on property are enforced for the safety of our staff and our members. With the exception of private events that will be hosted in event spaces (under the supervision of qualified employees), no alcohol will ever be served outside of designated alcohol drinking areas. NO Alcoholic beverages will be served to ANYONE that has not presented their Membership Card at time of order. At time of order of any alcoholic beverages, Members are set to “Alcohol Alert” status through Hot Rods & Handguns facility and forbidden from entering the one-entrance Range for the remainder of that day (24 hour period), either as a shooter or guest. Members will be served beverages for themselves alone and may not order for another patron at anytime.NO Alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone unless and until they secure their firearms in the same manner they legally brought it to Hot Rods & Handguns.Firearms are to be stored at daily storage lockers at range check in or personal gun lockers, when not on the range.No firearm bags or cases are allowed in designated drinking areas. Members that violate or attempt to violate the Zero Tolerance Alcohol Policy held at Hot Rods & Handguns will have their membership revoked indefinitely and is subject to forfeit any refunds or credits for the remainder of their term. 6. Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions. In addition to the “Membership Terms and Conditions” attached hereto and incorporated herein, Member agrees as follows: A. The Member confirms that on or prior to the Effective Date, Member has received a copy of the Waiver Agreement, has carefully read and fully understands its meaning and effect and has executed same. B. The Member understands and agrees that Hot Rods & Handguns is available for use by all Hot Rods & Handguns members, guests of members and private groups. Hot Rods & Handguns Memberships are available to provide preferred access, discounts for merchandise and food, services and facility use and other benefits. C. Should a Club Member purchase range time, he/she confirms that they are familiar with shooting ranges and the safe discharge of firearms, or will make the Master RO informed they are a new shooter. D. Member understands that eye and ear protection is required at all times by Member and guests while in the range. E. The Member understands and agrees that the Monthly Membership Dues and Membership Benefits shall be fixed during the Initial Term but may be reviewed and adjusted by Hot Rods & Handguns with respect to each Renewal Term. In the event of such a change, the Member will be notified at least thirty-five (35) calendar days in advance of the applicable Renewal Term. F. The Member understands and agrees that the membership shall be considered “abandoned” and terminated in the event of non-payment of the Monthly Membership Dues for two (2) consecutive calendar months; further, there is no refund of any portion of the Initiation Fee or Monthly Membership Dues paid in the event the membership is abandoned. G. The Member agrees and confirms that Hot Rods & Handguns is not responsible for the actions of any of its other members, invitees, guests or any other person. H. The Member understands, acknowledges and agrees that Hot Rods & Handguns is not responsible in any way for damage to or loss of any personal property that a Member brings onto the Premises (as that term is defined in the Wavier Agreement) including but not limited to, losses due to theft, damage, or car accident. I. Hot Rods & Handguns may from any time conduct law enforcement, military, other training classes and private events is required from time to time to maintain the range, its equipment and or private event space. Accordingly, Hot Rods & Handguns reserves the right to temporarily close the range or specific event space to Members as deemed necessary but will make all reasonable efforts to minimize temporary closings and to notify Members prior to said temporary closings. J. The Member certifies that he/she has never been the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents him/her from legally owning, handling or possessing firearms under State or Federal law and can otherwise lawfully own, handle and possess a firearm. K. The Member confirms that he/she understands that Hot Rods & Handguns’ acceptance of Member’s membership in Hot Rods & Handguns does not confer on the Member any membership interest, stock, ownership interest or any other form of equity in Hot Rods & Handguns or the Premises. L. The Member understands and agrees that the use of the term “Hot Rods & Handguns Membership” is intended merely to represent a means of structuring various membership benefits granted by the Hot Rods & Handguns and no part of the earnings of Hot Rods & Handguns shall inure to the Member’s benefit. M. The Member confirms that the information given by Member herein is true and correct to the best of the Member’s knowledge. N. The Member understands and agrees that this Agreement is not assignable or transferrable nor can any rights or privileges granted by this membership be transferred or assigned. O. The Member understands and agrees that any destruction of Hot Rods & Handguns property caused by the Member or the Member’s guest, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise, may result in the violator being removed from the Premises, suspended from membership if a Member, and/or criminally prosecuted; further, the Hot Rods & Handguns reserves the right to reasonably charge the Member for any such damage, regardless of whether the damage is caused by the Member or the Member’s guest. P. The Member confirms that he/she understands that club rules strictly prohibit anyone to enter the facility with a concealed weapon at anytime, including off-duty law enforcement and CCW holders. Q. The Member agrees to allow their photograph to be taken for Hot Rods & Handguns records and identification. R. The Member acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of California. YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF A FULLY COMPLETED COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT EXECUTED BY YOU AND HOT RODS & HANDGUNS. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS The following terms and conditions govern the Membership and the benefits available at Hot Rods & Handguns hereunder ("HRHG”). All persons purchasing a membership with HRHG are encouraged to read the membership terms & conditions carefully and if you have any questions to contact a HRHG representative at membership@hotrodsandhandguns.com This Membership Terms & Conditions (the "Membership Terms & Conditions," or "Agreement") is made between Hot Rods & Handguns ("HRHG"), a California Corporation with executive offices at 5872 Engineer Drive Huntington Beach, CA 92649 and the person registering for membership, Family Add Ons or otherwise specified on the HRHG membership card. ("you" or the "Member"). 1. Description of HRHG Services. Each Member is entitled to receive discounts and other benefits on specified membership related services and other products and services offered by participating vendors and thru premises ("Benefits") as described for the various levels of membership.
A. All Benefits, including, without limitation, a then current listing of participating vendors, are accessible online at www.hotrodsandhandguns.com To access Benefits or information related to Benefits to HRHG, a Member will be required to be a member in good standing.
B. A Member's actual savings and benefits will vary depending upon Member's specific benefit and membership level. Discounts and other Benefits available to Members may not be combined with discounts from any other discount program.
C. Annual Membership Benefits are subject to discontinuation, change, modification, improvement or substitution. In the event of such change, Members will be notified at least thirty-five (35) calendar days in advance of the applicable Renewal Term. HRHG makes no representations or warranties with respect to, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, out of date or erroneous information related thereof.
D. The membership fee for the HRHG Service is (subject to certain additional requirements as proscribed by HRHG), non-refundable after payment is received except at prescribed by law. 2. Membership Term Renewals. A Member shall be entitled to all of the Benefits available to Members of assignment membership level of HRHG for the ensuing twelve-month period, thirteen if paid on the annual, upfront payment method. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive twelve (12) month periods following the Initial Term, (each a “Renewal Period”) unless either party hereto delivers written notice of termination at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the next Renewal Period. The Member understands and agrees Hot Rods & Handguns reserves the right to revoke the membership if the Member fails to keep and obey any of the Rules (as that term is defined in the Waiver, Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement, (the “Waiver Agreement”)) or if you cause a nuisance or disturbance, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Hot Rods & Handguns, in its sole discretion. 3. Electronic Disclosure and Consent. Your submission of an electronic email address on the application shall constitute your consent to receive any and all disclosures, notices and other communications including any notice that may be legally required to be provided to you regarding this Agreement, in electronic form. HRHG will provide all future disclosures and notices by sending an alert to the electronic mail address that you have provided. At your request, HRHG agrees to provide you with a paper copy of any amendments to this Agreement. You may request paper copies of required notices by sending such request to MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com
A. You have the right to withdraw this consent, but if you do HRHG will immediately terminate this Agreement and/or the HRHG Service. To withdraw your consent, please contact HRHG by sending such request to MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com
B. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate contact information in your member profile and contact HRHG immediately if your electronic or US postal mail address changes and you are unwilling or unable to update the information online. You can contact HRHG to inform HRHG of such changes through the membership office or contact MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com 4. HRHG Membership Dues. Members may select one of the following methods of payment for Membership Dues: (1) monthly, reoccurring debit payment from a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card held on Primary Account for the twelve month Initial Term; The current HRHG Monthly membership fee (the "Monthly Fee") will be automatically billed to Member's designated credit card account or other authorized billing source (e.g., debit card) on a monthly recurring basis as authorized upon any enrollment anniversary, for the Membership Term. (2) yearly, upfront debit payment from a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card held on Primary Account due at sign up for the twelve month Initial Term, but 1 month (13th month) included at no charge as promotion. Any Member who uses a debit card as the designated credit card account acknowledges that HRHG will not be responsible for any fees or penalties associated with insufficient funds, or any other form of fee due to a charge of the HRHG Membership Due for Member accounts. Unless Member cancels membership in writing, 30 days prior to the end of Member’s then-current Membership Term, pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement, HRHG will automatically renew membership at the end of such then-current Membership Term as authorized upon enrollment and bill the then-current renewal Membership Dues to the designated billing source. 5. Members Right to Cancel HRHG Membership. Members have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. A Member may cancel this Agreement and membership, by sending such request in writing within 30 day to MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com. Furthermore, any Initiation Fee will be forfeited as well as any member benefit guarantees on firearms or products. Due to the nature of the services provided by HRHG (many of which are accessible immediately upon acceptance) it is understood that refunds cannot be issued. Member will remain liable for any other fees or charges to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. If Member feels that they have been billed multiple times for the Member Service for one Membership Term, Member should promptly send notice of such, including all membership contact details, billing dates, transaction details and the credit card and/or debit card number that it was billed to MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com 6. Disclaimer of Liability. HRHG shall have no liability in regard to any services provided, or to be provided, by any non-affiliated third-party sponsor, affiliate or vendor ("Vendors"). All Vendors are independent contractors and not employees, partners or joint venture partners with HRHG. HRHG shall have no liability in regard to any Benefits provided, or to be provided, by any Vendor. You agree that claims with regard to services shall be made against the Vendor providing or performing such services and not HRHG. Although HRHG, upon request by the member, will endeavor to intervene in conjunction with a member experiencing a problem or discrepancy with a Vendor, in the event any product or service purchased by a Member is canceled, modified, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory to the Member, the Member will look solely to the provider, seller, merchant or manufacturer of the product or service for any repair, exchange, refund or satisfaction of claim. Member understands and acknowledges that HRHG cannot force vendors to provide any product, service or promotion and that Vendors are free to run their businesses as they see fit and begin/halt such efforts at their own discretion. 7. HRHG Member Representation and Obligations. In return for the discounts and benefits available under the HRHG Agreement, each Member acknowledges such Member's obligations to HRHG as follows:
(a) you have read the "Membership Terms & Conditions" carefully, and understand the provisions of the HRHG Service and the billing method for the payment of the Membership Fee
(b) You may cancel your membership at HRHG at any time prior to the conclusion of the then current Membership Term with a 30 day notice in writing sent to MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com
(c) the Membership Term will renew automatically effective the first day following the conclusion of the existing Membership Term (12 months) unless you elect to cancel in accordance with this Agreement
(d) the benefits of membership in the HRHG Service are not assignable. Family ADD-ONS can be purchased for Immediate Family to accompany Primary Membership Account Holders. For purposes of this Agreement, "Immediate Family" shall be limited to the Member, and his or her spouse and children residing in the same house, 18 years of age or older. You agree not to share any proprietary information supplied to you by HRHG including but not limited to coupon codes, discounts, incentives, and the like, to any third-party, individual, entity or institution. A violation of this provision will result in your forfeiture of membership in the HRHG Service, potential legal action from HRHG and/or potential legal action from the Vendor.
(e) HRHG assumes no responsibility for the payment of or contribution to any use or sales tax on Benefits that may be imposed by any state or federal taxing authority and such taxes, to the extent imposed, shall remain the sole responsibility of the Member or the direct provider of the Benefits, as the case may be and
(f) You hereby represent and at all times during your membership maintain that you are not a convicted felon, have not been adjudicated as mentally unstable or dangerous to others, not under a restraining order for any form of violence and not a danger to yourself or others. You hereby affirm that you will immediately inform HRHG if your answer to these representations change in any way, for any amount of time. 8. Membership Cards. Members must check in at the Member Check In/Range Check In every time they use the facilities provided by HRHG. Members must also provide their membership cards upon purchasing retail, firearms, food and beverage and range time. Failing to present a membership card will be denied purchases. Should a member fail to bring their membership card, a temporary card must be obtain at Check-in for a cost of $5.00. Temporary cards are valid for a 24 hour period. 9. Guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member and must check in and obtain a guest membership card at the front desk every time they use any of the Company’s facilities. Members are responsible for conduct and safety of their guests. A guest fee will be charged for each guest’s visit, if applicable. The Range reserves the right to limit the guests a member may bring to the facilities. Members must share a lane with guests, 2 person max per lane. Rules regarding guests may be subject to change at the discretion of the company. 10. Attire. Proper attire is required. Casual, but appropriate attire is suggested at the club at all time. While on the range, eye and ear protection is mandatory for the protection of members and guests. Close toe and heeled shoes are mandatory on any HRHG range. Not mandatory, but suggested attire includes high neckline shirts. For special courses offered, a baseball style cap may be recommended. 11. Conference Rooms. Reservations of Conference Room facilities must be made through Membership Services. Please contact MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com to make all arrangements. If access to Conference Rooms are not included with Membership Benefits, rate is $100/hr. 12. Executive Car Service. Reservations for HRHG Executive Car Service must be made through Membership Services. Executive Car Services include transportation to and from HRHG for up to 6 passengers and is chauffeured by HRHG Staff. Please contact MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com to make all arrangements. Memberships that include access to the Executive Car Service may reserve transportation at a rate is $100/hr. 13. The 1911 Club. Membership to The 1911 Club includes rental access to over 250 1911 handguns. The inventory of The 1911 Club is separate from general rental gun inventory. Memberships that include The 1911 Club Membership can locate a HRHG Team Member for help with renting a 1911 gun for use on range. Memberships that include the option to purchase The 1911 Club Membership for a rate of $50/month can do so at the Membership Office. 14. Gun Lockers. Reservations for Gun Lockers must be made through Membership Services at sign up or thereafter. Please contact MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com to make all arrangements. Memberships that include Gun Lockers can locate will be provided with locker location, assigned key and name plate options at time of sign up. Memberships that include the option to rent a gun locker for a rate of $50/month can do so at the Membership Office. Hot Rods & Handguns is not responsible for any articles left in lockers at anytime. Locker keys are assigned to the Primary Member. Lost keys will be replaced at cost of $5. 15. Humidor Lockers. Reservations for Humidor Lockers must be made through Membership Services at sign up or thereafter. Please contact MEMBERSHIP@hotrodsandhandguns.com to make all arrangements. Memberships that include Humidor Lockers can locate will be provided with locker location, assigned key and name plate options at time of sign up. Memberships that include the option to rent a gun locker for a rate of $50/month can do so at the Membership Office. Hot Rods & Handguns is not responsible for any articles left in lockers at anytime. Locker keys are assigned to the Primary Member. Lost keys will be replaced at cost of $5. 16. Damages. Each member shall be responsible for any damage to HRHG’s property caused by the member or guest. 17. Transferability. Memberships may not be sold or transferred. No portion of the monthly, annual or lifetime dues will be refunded for any reason. 18. Involuntary Resignation and Suspension. HRHG reserves the right at any time to terminate or to suspend for such period of time as it shall deem appropriate the membership, privileges there under, of any member for failure to comply with any of these Rules and Regulations or the Range Rules, or any conduct determined to be improper or in any way contrary to the best interest of the Company. A membership may be terminated by notification in writing mailed by HRHG to the last address shown on the records for the member being terminated. A terminated member will remain liable for all dues and other indebtedness incurred prior to receipt of membership cancellation by the Company. At sole discretion of HRHG’s management, the membership of any member who shall have been in arrears in his/her account may, at the option of the management, be suspended or terminated. Reinstatement of membership may require payment in full of past due accounts and late fees. 19. Waiver of Claims. It is expressly agreed that all use of any of the company’s facilities shall be undertaken by a member or guest at his/her sole risk, and HRHG shall not be liable for any injuries or any damage to any member or guest, and the property of any member or guest, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damages whatsoever. The member, for himself/herself and on behalf of his/her executors, administrator, heirs, assigns and successors does hereby expressly forever release and discharge HRHG, its shareholders, officers, employees, agents, assigns and successors from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages actions or causes of action. HRHG shall not be responsible for or liable to members or their guests for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about the Range, for lockers or for loss or damage to any property including but not limited to automobiles and the contents therein. 20. Governing Law Arbitration. This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising between you and HRHG will be submitted to arbitration in the State of California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Nothing herein stated shall deprive you of the benefits of your state's consumer protection laws. 21. Disclaimer of Warranties. HRHG may act as a merchant or direct provider for many of the Benefits made available to Members. Accordingly and unless a vendor or HRHG has agreed otherwise, all products, services, advice, merchandise and information available to members are provided on an "as is", "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the above, no warranty or guaranty is given regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability or quality of any information, content, data, service, advice, service, product or merchandise provided or available to, or purchased by members through the benefits website or otherwise through his or her membership in HRHG. 22. General Release. Each Member, for himself/herself, and on behalf of any person who uses the Benefits available through HRHG ("Membership Beneficiary"), hereby forever releases, acquits and discharges HRHG from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action that such Member or such Member's legal representatives may have by reason of any monetary damage or personal injury sustained as a result of or during the use of any and all Benefits available through the HRHG Agreement & Terms and Conditions. The sole recourse available to a Member, Membership Beneficiary or their legal representatives shall be the cancellation of the Membership. 23. Receipt of Mail. HRHG cannot guarantee that it receives any mail that Member claims to have sent. Member should, at Member’s own expense, send any notices to HRHG in a form to ensure to Member that their communication arrived at HRHG, which form may include but not be limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS Return Receipt Requested and USPS Certified Mail. 24. Entire Agreement. The foregoing Membership Terms & Conditions contain the entire terms and agreements in connection with Member's participation in the HRHG Service and no representations, inducements, promises or agreement, or otherwise, between HRHG and the Member not included herein, shall be of any force or effect. If any of the foregoing terms or provisions shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions hereof shall not be affected thereby. 25. Binding Effect. The foregoing Membership Terms & Conditions shall be binding upon payment of your Initiation Fee, if any. If no Initiation Fee, then any monthly fee as shall endure until cancelation of your membership by yourself as the member or HRHG. Signatures are requested but not required and have no relevance in the binding effect of this document. The foregoing Membership Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of HRHG and the Member as well as their respective successors and permitted assigns. 26. HRHG Rights to Cancel Membership. Hot Rods & Handguns reserves the right to cancel membership at our own discretion for reasons including but not limited to, violation of club/range rules, violation of alcohol policies, misconduct between fellow members or staff. Should HRHG cancel a membership, member will forfeit any dues past or present on Membership Agreement effective on date signed. Today's date: May 8, 2025
