TN Bounce House, LLC Delivery Checklist

How the inflatable is secured.

In the event of high winds or storms, I know to get all participants off the unit, unplug the motor and extension cord from the power outlet.

Not allow any horseplay, flips, wrestling or any other unsafe activities both in and around inflatable(s).

No shoes, food, drinks, silly string, sand, face paint or sharp objects in or around the inflatable(s). A cleaning fee will be charged if the inflatables needs additional cleaning.

The water spraying system is in working condition and I have been advised to not allow occupants not to tamper with, break or in any way manipulate the water spraying system that is attached to the inflatable. TN Bounce House, LLC will not return to fix a water spraying system that was broken by the renter or occupants. Renter will be liable for any damages to such systems.

I have been advised I can find a copy of the inflatable operators manual in my confirmation email.

I must request to have this manual presented in paper form if at this time if needed.

I have been advised an adult supervisor/operator must be present and observing all operations during the entire length of the inflatable rental. In the event this is not possible all occupants must exit the inflatable and the inflatable turned off and deflated.
