Dive Confirmation

This is to confirm that a reservation has been made for the dives below and rental if needed. All dives take approximately five (5) hours. PLEASE REPORT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DIVE TIME STATED BELOW.

NO DIVE EQUIPMENT OR TANKS are available at the dive site. Diver is responsible for having all equipment necessary for the dive. Equipment rentals are available at SCUBA Network stores listed above and must be picked up and returned to the same store.

CERTIFIED DIVERS MUST BRING their CERTIFICATION CARDS, LOG BOOKS, and all diving equipment for the dive. Any diver without an internationally recognized certification card will not be allowed to descend and will not receive a refund.

ALL SCUBA DIVER STUDENTS MUST BRING mask, snorkel, fins, booties, gloves, compass, knife, log book, full wetsuit (6-7mm), hood, regulator, alternate air source, BC, 2 tanks, weights and DIVE COMPUTER. Strongly recommended items are an audio and visual rescue signal, slate.

Students who arrive without the equipment for the planned dives will not be able to participate and will not be refunded. ADVANCED, SPECIALTY AND MASTER DIVER STUDENTS must bring additional equipment relevant to the dives planned by the instructor.

REGARDLESS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS divers are expected to show up at the dive site where the instructor/captain will decide if the dive will occur. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR DIVERS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE DIVE SITE, WHO ARE LATE OR WHO CANCEL LESS THAN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DIVE.
