Please complete the Just Add Water Waiver (one per person) and return to us within 10 days of receiving the document. We highly recommend travel insurance, as cancellations can result in up to 100% penalties
and all trip deposits are non-refundable. We work with Travel Guard International and would be more than happy to provide you with a free quote and assistance finding the right plan for you. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP is your responsibility. All of our destinations will require a VALID US PASSPORT that is valid for at least 6 months past travel dates and some destinations may require a visa. The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act require travelers to and from the Pacific, Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico and Canada to have a passport to enter or re-enter the United States. This requirement applies to all air, land or sea travel. If you are not a US Citizen or are unsure of your destination's entry requirements, please contact us.

If airfare is included in your package, all participants are included in group airfare. With group airfare Just Add Water is subject to meet a minimum number of passengers to acquire the group rate. We will not be able to guarantee upgrades, seat assignments, or provide you with a record locator number. Please let us know if you have any special requests and or disabilities we need to address and we will do our best to accommodate them. 

You will be receiving memos in the months prior to your group trip describing your trip details and payment due dates (late fees will be imposed on balances paid beyond due date). Pretrip preparation details will be included in your final documents along with your electronic tickets and general information.

Please note, if the trip you are signing up for involves a Pacific destination or liveaboard boat there will be additional interim payments due (a schedule will be provided). RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Remoteness of areas, local custom, or prevailing weather conditions may cause substitution of facilities and/or equipment, minor inconveniences or modification to the diving portions of the program itinerary. Just Add Water reserves the right to modify and/or cancel diving arrangements due to unfavorable weather conditions and to substitute comparable equipment.  No refunds can be made for canceled diving arrangements due to adverse weather, or for substitution of facilities and/or equipment or for services or goods provided in the itinerary should such services or goods not be utilized by tour members.  All participants agree to comply with any reasonable term or regulation that Just Add Water may prescribe during the course of the program.  Just Add Water reserves the right to deny an applicant for any reason.

It is expressly understood and agreed that Just Add Water assumes no responsibility or liability for service, transportation, or equipment made available by any resort, hotel or other person, either as to its availability or as to its safety, quality or condition, nor for the acts of any employee or agent of such establishment.  It is also understood and agreed that Just Add Water does not by acceptance of this Applicant, assume any responsibility or liability for the safety of any participating individual, particularly while such individual is engaged in underwater activities whether alone or in groups, under the supervision of a tour escort, or otherwise.  I understand that Just Add Water is in no way responsible for any acts, errors, or omissions including active or passive negligence by any provider of transportation, equipment, dive services, hotel, tour, operator, dive master, scuba instructor, dive boat, dive boat captain and crew, or any other provider who is engaged to render any service whatsoever on this trip/tour. 

NOT INCLUDED: Unless specifically stated the following are not part of your travel package: Airfare, Gratuities, Drinks/Meals, Alcohol, SCUBA Equipment, Air/Nitrox Fills, Arrival and Departure Taxes, Transport to/from Airports, Parking, Rental Vehicles and/or Other Incidentals.

PACKAGE CHANGES: All prices, including airfare, are subject to change.  I accept responsibility for any costs incurred by airline schedule changes and any changes in taxes for air, hotel, boat, or diving.  You will be notified as soon as any such changes come to the attention of Just Add Water.  If I chose to make changes to the package, I will be responsible for any additional charges and or transaction fees; e.g. airline seat upgrade or hotel upgrade.

AIR TRAVEL: If air travel is included in your package, each airline's baggage policies applying to your ticket will control that portion of your trip price.  Please refer to the specific airline's website.

PASSPORT: I understand that my legal name on my plane ticket must match my passport and that my passport must not expire within 6 months from date of departure. (Female travelers using a married name must also bring a marriage certificate if passport does not match.) If names do not match, I may be charged a fee or could be denied boarding and would be responsible for any costs incurred.

SURFACE AND UNDERWATER SUPERVISION: Surface and underwater supervision is not provided by Just Add Water or your trip leader. If such supervision is provided, it is done so by the local dive operator(s). If your trip leader is a dive professional, you may independently contract with that person, through Just Add Water, at an additional cost to guide, supervise, and/or teach.  The trip leader is not acting in the capacity of instructor unless specifically indicated.

PERSONAL DIVE EQUIPMENT:  It is required that all of your personal dive equipment to be serviced within 1 calendar year prior to your trip.  You must show proof of service, (e.g. a Just Add Water hose protector with service date stamped).

NON-REFUNDABLE: Just Add Water signs contracts and makes non-refundable payments, reservations, and commitments based upon each specific reservation as well as the overall trip reservations. Just Add Water may block others from coming on a trip to protect your reservation and the space available. As such deposits, interim and final payments become non-refundable on the due date or the actual date paid, whichever comes first, unless sold to another traveler. Any and all refunds are subject to a 6% credit card fee and processing fee.  There is NO REFUND for any unused part of the trip/tour.

FINAL PAYMENTS: On the due date for your final payment, if you have not cancelled your space in writing at Just Add Water, you owe that balance. It is your responsibility to make sure all payments are made on time. If you fail to make a payment, your space may be sold to another person without any corresponding refund to you.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION

Just Add Water must receive cancellation notification in writing. If cancelled spaces can be sold to another customer,a forfeiture of the deposit, plus 6%credit card fee and a processing fee will be assessed and the remainder of the trip payments will be refunded.

Payment Methods

Travel payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Payments not received on time will result in a penalty fee. Cash and check payments do not incur the 6% credit card processing fee for cancellation.

Auto Pay

Just Add Water will require a credit card at the time of sign up and this card will then be charged the specified amount on the specified due date.  If you chose not to enroll in auto pay, be aware that you will receive a late fee for any payments made after the specified due date. See payment schedule below.

Reservations

A per person deposit is required to secure a reservation for all of Just Add Water trips.  Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit is received. The appropriate deposit requirements are as follows:

  • Balance due October 31, 2021
