Release of liability and agreements

Read release of liability then initial and signed in appropriate areas:

1. I inconsideration of. James R. Sanders providing firearms training and services an permitting me to use equipment owned an/or operated by James R Sanders acknowledged and agreed to the following:

2. Firearm training is hazardous training carrying significant risk of personal injury and my participation is subject to all of the risk associated with shooting handguns and those additional risks resulting from the lack of firearms training with equipment and other individuals;


3. I hereby assume all risk associated with the use of all types of handguns, shotguns, and Rifles whether provided by James R. Sanders or not;


4. I hereby release, agreed to indemnify for all claims, judgments and cost including attorney fees, and promised not to sue James R. Sanders, and his employees for any and all loss, damage, or liability on account of or in connection with my participation in firearms safety training, but not limited to losses were injury caused by the negligence of James R. Sanders in his employees;


5. If I do not fully accept each of the conditions contained herein, I would not be allowed to participate in the aforementioned firearms training and service program. I understand that this agreement and release of liability if the contract pursuant to which I have released and agreed to indemnify James R. Sanders, and his employees from any and all claims resulting from my participation in firearms safety training including any claim or injury resulting from the negligence of James R. Sanders and his employees;


6. I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability, I fully understand its contents and have had the opportunity to ask any questions I may have, and my signature below is made of my own free will.
