Bait Shack Watersports, LLC.


In consideration of Bait Shack Watersports, LLC, furnishing a boat for rental, to enable and paricipate in water activities, I agree to the following:

There are risk inherited.  

This waiver and release form is applicable to all renters, operators, passengers and users of Bait Shack Watersports LLC., equipment and boat rentals.

The undersigned agrees to the following terms:

I have watched the Georgia DNR Safety Video and understand the Georgia rules of Safe Boating.

I will not drink alcohol or use/ participate in any drug use that will alter my ability to safely operate a boat/ jet ski or any other equipment.

I understand that I will be charged $25.00 for every 15 mins late due back at the boat ramp.

I understand that fuel will be charged to your account at the end of the rental.

I understand that if I leave the boat dirty or trash left under seats or in the boat anywhere, a $100 clean up charge will be added to your final bill.

I understand that I am 25 years or older to operate this boat.

I understand that all children, 13 and under, aboard will always wear a life jacket and it is a Georgia Law.

I understand where all the Boat Safety Gear is located onboard and how to properly use it.

 

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY: I understand that current before pictures are taken before departure and I am financially responsible for any damages to the boat that I incur during my rental.

I understand that I will not beach the boat which causes damage to the hull and motor.

I understand that I will not dock or tie up to another vessel while in my possession.

I understand that I am responsible for the safety of myself, my passengers, and others around me, while standing, sitting or moving in or on this boat.


 I agree that I have watched the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Boating Safety Video and understand Safe Boating Laws. I also understand that night operations is prohibited.


I will not drink alcohol or use any drugs while under command operation of the boat.


I understand that I will be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes that I am late and due back, unless prior arrangements with us have been made.


I understand that I will be be charged for fuel burned during my rental period


I understand that if I leave trash or leave the boat dirty, sandy, clay, food stains or any other I will be charged a $100 clean up fee


I understand that I am responsible and am 25 years of age or older to operate this boat/ jet ski.


I understand that all children, 13 and under must always wear a PFD life jacket while in the boat/ jet ski.


I understand where the boat safety gear is located and the proper use of it.


I understand that i will not beach, dock or tie up to another vessel unless prior authority has been made.


I fully understand that as the signer on this rental agreement, I am responsible for myself and all passengers in or around me during the rental period.


I fully understand that I am financially responsible for any damage and that pictures/ documentation has been verified before rental departure.


 I fully understand all of the above and agree to the terms listed.
