By signing below, you authorize The Bronzed Bungalow to securely store and charge your credit card on file in the amount of $80.00 on September 15, 2025, and on the same date each month thereafter. This charge covers the cost of 2 Signature or Express Spray Tans per month as part of your membership.

You will receive a receipt for each transaction. No additional notice will be provided unless there is a change to the date or amount of your charge. In such cases, The Bronzed Bungalow will notify you at least 3 days prior to the change taking effect.

This authorization will remain in place until you request termination in writing via email to info@thebronzedbungalow.com, with a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Membership Overview

• This is a recurring membership. Your card on file will be automatically charged on the same day each month.

• Memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. After that, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date.

• 2 Signature or Express Spray Tans per month at The Bronzed Bungalow (upgrades available).

• 10% off all in-studio retail.

• 25% off upgraded treatments.

• 25% off Bronze Enhancements (our luxury add-ons).

• Discounted additional tans within your monthly cycle.

• Complimentary beverage at every appointment.

Membership Terms

• Standard appointment cancellation policies apply.

• Tans are non-transferable and do not roll over—be sure to use them before your next billing date.

• No late payment fees, but your account must be current before booking your next tan.

• No initiation fees.

Freezing & Cancelling

• You may freeze your membership for up to three (3) months. To freeze, email info@thebronzedbungalow.com at least 3 days prior to your next billing date.

• To cancel, email info@thebronzedbungalow.com at least 3 days prior to your next billing date.

Important Note

If rescheduling through our booking system, you will only see the availability of your current spray tan artist. For the best chance at getting your preferred time, text us directly so we can explore all artist availability.
