Waiver to participate in any programs offered by The Endless Stand Up Paddle Board Company.

By signing below I acknowledge all of the following:

  • I understand that there is possibility of injury or death in any water sport activity.  I absolve The Endless SUP Company, staff, Borough of Belmar, the Monmouth County Parks system, and any other business associated with The Endless SUP Company of any wrong doing if an accident should occur.
  • I will adhere to all Endless SUP Company and Coast Guard rules regarding safety guidelines.
  • I will adhere to all Endless SUP Company and governmental agencies regarding Corona Virus.
  • I acknowledge I do not have any Corona-virus like symptoms.
  • I acknowledge I am physically fit to participate in any activities associated with The Endless SUP Company. I am fully aware that this sport is physically challenging and I acknowledge I take full responsibilities for my abilities to participate.
