This is a liability waiver required to enter the Indoor Range and Outdoor Sporting Clays Course. This waiver must be completed regardless of participation of shooting or observing.

By my signature below, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned acknowledge full and complete satisfaction by Elite Indoor Gun Range and Peace Dale Shooting Preserve, (IDGR15 LLC) of all claims, demands, damages and liabilities based on my participation at IDGR15; waves, cancels, remises and forever discharges any obligation or liability of IDGR for any claim based on my participation at the shooting range and agrees and does hereby absolutely and unequivocally release from any liability and hold harmless Elite Indoor Gun Range and Peace Dale Shooting Preserve and any of their employees, instructors, agents, representatives, officers or members of the board in regard to any use of the property or facilities of IDGR. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations on IDGR property. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of IDGR and agrees to pay for any and all damages caused by the firearms they bring or rent and ammunition, vehicle of self and/or guests. I further understand that shooting can be dangerous and will at all times exercise safe gun handling practices. I agree to indemnify Elite Indoor Gun Range and Peace Dale Shooting Preserve from and against any and all manner of claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses of any nature or kind whatsoever, including attorney fees and court costs, which may now or hereafter be sustained, suffered or incurred by IDGR, as result or any claims asserted by me or by any other member or guest as results of my participation at Elite Indoor Gun Range and Peace Dale Shooting Preserve, (IDGR15 LLC).
